  We are a reserve located in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, on the coastal mountain at 100 meters above sea level. We cultivate herbs, medicinal plants, fruits, and we have a small botanical laboratory, where we make personal care and wellness products.
  
  Our buildings are sustainable, powered by 100% solar energy, and we have composting toilets. You will truly feel immersed in nature.
  
  We are a family of three: my mother Alejandra, my husband Eduardo, and me, Andrea.
  We have a team of three local workers who assist us with farm and laboratory tasks.
  
  We have a beautiful river that waters the property, and it’s a 15-minute walk to reach a lovely pool. You can also walk to the beaches in about 40 minutes. We are 7 km from the main entrance of Tayrona Park.

  Somos una reserva en la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, en la montaña litoral a 100msnm. Cultivamos hierbas, plantas medicinales, frutas y tenemos un pequeño laboratorio botánico donde elaboramos productos de cuidado personal y bienestar.
  
  Nuestras construcciones son sostenibles, energía solar 100% y baños compostables. Te sentirás realmente en la naturaleza.
  
  Somos una familia de 3, mi madre Alejandra, mi esposo Eduardo y yo Andrea.
  Tenemos un equipo de trabajo de 3 personas de la región que nos ayudan con las labores de la finca y el laboratorio.
  
  Tenemos un hermoso rio que baña la propiedad, se caminan 15 minutos para llegar a una hermosa poza. También se puede caminar a las playas por 40min. Estamos a 7km de la entrada principal del Parque Tayrona.

  Arbeit

  The main help will be taking care of our vegetable, aromatic, and medicinal plant garden beds. We grow butterfly pea, turmeric, vetiver, cacao, cotton, mint, basil, hibiscus, damiana, among others).
  All tasks related to this: germination, watering, transplanting, maintenance, planting, harvesting, and drying the harvest.
  It’s important that you have some basic knowledge of planting and cultivation in general.
  
  You will have the supervision of the farm team and all the support you need.

  El trabajo principal será cuidar nuestro jardín y nuestras camas de cultivo de hortalizas, aromáticas y plantas medicinales como aromáticas (Clitoria, cúrcuma, vetiver, cacao, algodón, menta, albahaca, hibiscus, damiana, etc).
  Todas las labores relacionadas con esto, germinación, riego, transplantes, mantenimiento, siembra, cosecha y secado de cosechas.
  Es importante que tengas algo de conocimiento sobre siembra y cultivo en general.
  
  Tendrás la supervisión del equipo de la finca y el apoyo que necesites.

  Unterkunft

  A small rustic room with a mattress and mosquito net. Compost toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided.
  Outdoor social areas, dining area, equipped kitchen, hammock.
  We offer prepared lunch five days a week (not on weekends).
  You are in charge of preparing your own breakfasts and dinners. We provide you the ingredients.
  
  We provide ingredients for all the meals and prepared lunch when possible.

  You can walk to the river and the beach, connect with neighbors and other projects.
  Mototaxis are available at all times.
  Tayrona National Park is 7 km away, and there are various beaches, rivers, and beautiful places to visit.
  Some beaches are great for surfing.
  It’s an eco-tourism area with fun options everywhere.
  
  We love a peaceful and healthy lifestyle; we value silence and do not like cigarette smoke. You may smoke, but only in open areas away from the house.
  We have three spoiled and adorable dogs.
  Life here is rustic and surrounded by nature.
