Before Christianity and Moslem religions interested to this area, it had the original religion was called “ada’ Mappurondo or Aluk Tomatua” belief. Ada’ means rule or regulation of belief passed from generation to generation by orality tradition. Mamasa has no script but the peole had kept their history through oral tradition. The term “Ada’ Mappurondo” belief is more popular in the western part of Mamasa area, “Aluk Tomatua” belief is more popular in the central and eastern including in the southern part of Mamasa area, but the same to “Aluk Mappurondo” belief.
The followers believe that the world is transistory and temporary. The live by contest, will be permanent. The temporary live in this world is called “Lino Pangngindan” wich means world of loan world and place for living temporary. In this “Lino” (World), humans should obey the rules, regulations, religious teaching and seek to live, not only for this temporary life, but also for the life after. All the property such as rice field, buffaloes, houses, gardens, pigs, chickens, and other things that we have in the world we will have also in the next life, which is called “Pullondong”.
The followers of this religion has a special obligation to live in the temporary life as follow:
    1. Obedience to the Gods who are: Dewata Tometampa (god creator, Dewata Tomekambi’ (god who cares for and protects life) and Dewata Tomemana’ (god of legacy of wealth). Offering and sacrifices to the three gods are made.
    2. To observe all the rituals from the least important thanks giving ceremony to the most important rituals as far as possible in their life. There are four basic teachings, there are: “Pa’totiboyongan” rituals (the rituals that which begins after cultivating the rice field and end after harvest); Ma’bulan Liang Rituals, (the rituals relate to offering things to the dead souls); Pa’bisuan Rituals (the rituals relate in to the happy ceremony after being successful in life, both physical and mentally); “Pa’bannetauan” Rituals (the rituals relate in marriage and wedding ceremonies).
    3. All wealth and profits humans have obtained in temporary life are not for this life only, but also for the next life.
4 Obedience to other adat rules and regulations in the society which are not mentioned above.
A person will be happy if they can adhere to the obligations mentioned above and are willing to die if he has children to change the present situation in the world.

they have rule and forbiden with always connect with nature.

There is no Internet access and also no signal for calling or sending message. in the village its possible to find only some very small shop for basic staff, every tuesday and saturday is traditional local market possible to buy fresh vegetables n fishes if you need something specific its better to bring it with you. not possibility to buy everything in the village.

If you would like to come, the best way is to come to mamuju (it's possible to take sleeping night bus from makassar) and then We can arrange someone with motorbike who can take you to the village. From mamuju to the village is about 4-5 hours. Now we are not able to take you there on our expenses. Because of that reason, it would be necessary to cover gasoline (one way is around 75.000 rph plus oil which is also 50.000), so together is 200.000 rph - it's around 13 euros. You can stay as long as you want, also one week is still sufficient. You can decide how long you would like to spend there after your arrival. You will stay at local family and they will also provide food for you.
