… read more and keen to ensure I enjoyed my stay and gave me a say in the hours I worked and the jobs I did. I was given more responsibility than I expected but I was very pleased to have it, as it made my stay more varied and interesting.
I had my own room in a lovely house in the village, close to the albergue, and was shown considerable kindness by the small community that I became part of. I had free run of the kitchen with all food provided and Inma also cooked many meals for me, showing me how to cook several healthy dishes at my request.
I feel lucky to have had this as my first WorkAway experience and would certainly recommend this host and place to others.
