  Beschreibung

  We are 5 member + a baby organization which is trying to manage harvesting cherries on 13 acres of land near Kaz Mountains in Çanakkale. We have a project about converting our land to a sustainable food forest. The land has 500 cherry trees, we will transform our fruits to wine and dried products. There are lots of information to prepare these processes. we will learn together, enjoy together and share our experiences with workawayers :)

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  These area has many different cultural variety and they are very good at people relations. They are going to help us about harvesting as well, It 's a very good knowledge to setup wine process from any fruit. We aim to teach these final product prepare.

• 

  Arbeit

  We need help about collecting cherries and converting them to wine and dried products. Max 5 hours work a day and 5 days working schedule we are planning. In the other remaining time, they can walk on the forest and go to the lake and river for swimming. The harvesting period spends 10 days, we are going to schedule 5 days period for each guest. But after that we need just a little help to prepare wine ferments. It 's the exciting part I guess :)
  
  We will give some gifts at the end of the harvesting, like wine, olive oil and lots of cherries of course :)

  Unterkunft

  We have both land camping area and host rooms on the village. There is internet connection, hot water and more. It 's optional according to the participation. In the camping area there is WC, bath and kitchen. We have two guest room in the village. Workawayers can choose one of them.
  
  Foods are going to cook from us, There are many delicious food combination, actually we love to eat seasonal vegetables, mostly vegetarian food we prefer.

  The candidates can travel the region, there are lots of natural wonders like lakes, waterfalls etc. We will also go in to the lake for swimming many times
