  Hello travelers!
  
  My name is Encarnación and I live in a big old colonial house on a farm. We are in Buenos Aires Province, 300km away from Buenos Aires city and 20km away from the nearest town (Azul).
  
  A few years ago I started hosting guests here in order to give this old house a new life. I now also have a wild and wonderful orchard, a few curious chickens, and a herd of friendly sheep.
  I need help with the garden, the house, the orchard, and the animals. There is always something to do around here and having an extra pair of hands once in a while is more than appreciated.
  
  I spend most of my day working out in the garden and minding every aspect of the house and land. I am also a Journalist and book writer so I try to get some of this done as well. I also have children that are all older and mostly independent. They live in the Capital city so I come and go from time to time or some of them may be settled here for a while, as well.

  Me llamo Encarnación y vivo en una gran casa colonial en la pampa. Estamos en la provincia de Buenos Aires, a 300 km de la ciudad de Buenos Aires y a 20 km del pueblo más cercano (Azul).
  
  Hace unos años comencé a recibir huéspedes aquí para darle una nueva vida a esta vieja casa. Ahora también tengo una huerta salvaje y maravillosa, unas cuantas gallinas curiosas y un rebaño de ovejas amigables.
  Sería genial tener ayuda con el jardín, la casa, el huerto y los animales. Siempre hay algo que hacer acá y tener un par de manos extra de vez en cuando sería más que apreciado.
  
  Me paso la mayor parte del día trabajando en el jardín y cuidando todos los aspectos de la casa y la tierra. También soy periodista y escritora de libros y trato también de dedicarle tiempo a eso.
  También tengo hijos que son mayores y en su mayoría independientes. Viven en la capital, así que voy y vengo de vez en cuando o algunos de ellos se instalan acá por temporadas.

  This area is rich in its land and its history. This house alone has a million amazing stories, both through the generations of my own family that owned it, and the history of the country reflected by the history of its land.
  It is also an opportunity to learn about the methods of production in a classic Argentinean farm and some new methods of thinking about producing on a lower scale with the orchard. I am currently applying some newly learned concepts from bio-intensive agriculture and permaculture.

  Esta zona es rica en su tierra y en su historia. Sólo esta casa tiene un millón de historias increíbles, tanto a través de las generaciones de mi propia familia que la poseyeron, como la historia del país reflejada por la historia de su tierra.
  También es una oportunidad para aprender sobre los métodos de producción en una granja argentina clásica y algunos nuevos métodos para pensar en producir a menor escala y de manera más ecológica, con la huerta. Actualmente estoy aplicando algunos conceptos recién aprendidos de la agricultura biointensiva y la permacultura.

  You will be staying in one of the rooms of the main house, which has lots of space and an anexed bathroom.

  The farm is 20km from Azul city. There is no public transport but we can coordinate times and arrange pickup since I come and go from town frequently. For this is important to have good communication about your time of arrival. Otherwise there are taxis, although they are not so cheap because of the distance.

  El campo está a 20 km de la ciudad de Azul. No hay transporte público pero podemos coordinar horarios y organizar la recogida ya que voy y vengo de la ciudad con frecuencia. Para ésto es importante tener una buena comunicación sobre la hora de llegada. De otra manera, hay remises para llegar, aunque por la distancia saldría algo caro.
