  We are looking for help with our land, we are planing to start a permaculture farm. At this first stage we need help cleaning the land, it has been sitting there for a few years, a lot of weeds everywhere. Also some help with the storage rooms, we need to clean and reorganised it, in the beginning we thought we could manage it, it's almost impossible.
  
  
  
  My name is Martijn from The Netherlands and I used to be a general surgeon in South Africa.
  
  My friend is Alex, I'm a photographer originally from Brazil and living in Portugal since 2020, where we both co on the property.
  
  Plus our two dogs, Skippie and Sneakers
  
  
  We both were tired of the in the city and both had the dream of moving to the country side, we finally decided to join forces and make it happen!!
  
  The farm is located in a nature reserve, the closest village is Aldeia da Serra in Redondo and 15 min drive from Estremoz. A lot of beautiful hikes and a mountain with a breathtaking view.
  
  We have plenty of Cock, Olive and Orange trees. Recently planted apples, berries and some other fruit trees.
  
  
  We can offer accommodation and food, we try to have a dairy free diet while in the farm, which is not mandatory.
  
  We are looking forward to host nature enthusiastic and farm lovers.
  
  
  For now we are looking for short term volunteers, we still do not have a proper shower, that's why only a short period, we are working on it.

  Unterkunft

  We have a 5 bedroom house, with only three bedrooms available atm, with double beds, full kitchen, fireplace, Stralink internet Conection, a lot of books.

• 

  Was noch ...

  We can arrange to pick you up in Evora, Badajoz (Spain) both only 40 min drive from the farm. Or we can arrange to bring you from Lisbon with us.
  
  We are very easy going, we like to explore the surroundings area, get in touch with the locals, go for walks along the property.
  15 min walk you can find our neighbour property, Igreja da Aldeia da Serra with beautiful views and walks.
  We like the concept of cooking together, having meals together and a good glass of wine.
