  Hi,
  
  We live on a farm in the North of Portugal and we love to skate....
  
  We are a Belgian couple (Dirk, Joelle and our 6-year-old daughter Adele, loves to skate) running a B&B in Northern Portugal, Ponte da Barca (close to the Peneda-Geres National Park)
  
  In the summer months we are very busy and we can use some extra help, little childsitting for our daughter ( mainly skating and swimming, we are in the process of building a skatepark and have 2 miniramps ready, so you can improve skatingskills this summer), extra help with cleaning the rooms (we do have a cleaning lady, but sometimes it is too busy especially on the changeover days), an extra hand with cooking 4x a week, ...
  
  We ourselves are relaxed and we do not care about small things, ... travel has taught us this.
  
  We skate, surf and snowboard and love anything adventurous!
  
  So if you want to discover a piece of unspoilt Portugal and work in hospitality, and skate a lot this could be fun, ...
  We specialize in adventure travel and in the summer we receive a lot of families with children, we have a swimming pool, trampoline, .... we create an atmosphere without stress!
  
  We need help in the B&B from 1/07 to 18/08 and you will stay in a private room, with spectacular views!
  
  We are also in the middle of constructing our own skatepark for the local community and are looking for a second person who can share this love with us.
  
  Are you a skater and and do you have experience in building skateramps or are handy enough to build ramps.
  
  You'll have a private room and bathroom. Wifi is available and we want you to feel at home and happy...as we travelled and worked abroad a lot ourselves we know how important it is to be a good host!

  We live in a rural village, with a lot of small scale farmers, most of them are self sustaining. I guess for a traveller realising to live in this community will open your eyes on life. However, modern technology is also reaching here, and having an influence on the youth, with our project we want to give and learn them that there is more in life than following the mainstream,....skateboarding can give them this freedom, and you can help us with this project!

  Arbeit

  In the summer months , july and august, we are very busy and we can use some extra help, little childsitting for our daughter ( mainly skating and swimming, we are in the process of building a skatepark and have 2 miniramps ready, so you can improve skatingskills this summer), extra help with cleaning the rooms (we do have a cleaning lady, but sometimes it is too busy especially on the changeover days), an extra hand with cooking 4x a week, ...
  
  For helping with sthe skatepark we need a skilled wood worker that can build wooden skate ramps. We have an area of about 600m2 to fill-up with mini ramps, bowl and a street section. Once construction is done, the job would be more maintenance of the skate-park, some easy gardening tasks to keep the surrounding areas nice and hopefully we get a lot of local kids interested so we can do some basic teaching as well!
