  Spanish, Japanese, running a small / family oriented lodge - Apartments in beautiful rural and scenic Madarao - Tangram looking for a friendly, reponsible, self suficient, reliable staff
  
  🌿Important
  - ~ 15 or 20 hours / week / person , this is not equivalent as a regular or part timer or hospitality job.
  - Non smokers preferred

  🌿Tasks
  - Snow cleaning,
  - Property, equipment maintenance
  - Apartments and chalet housekeeping,
  - Laundry
  - Check in/check out, guest support
  - Driving guests and material around the resorts, stations and lodge
  - Ski, snowboard waxing and deliveries
  - Errand duties like eventual shopping and deliveries
  
  🌿 Work Schedule
  
  - Shifts: 4 hours availability on 5 days / week )
  - Mornings 8 ~ 13:00: 1 ~ 4 hours on normal days
  - Afternoons from 16:00 ~ 20:00 1 ~ 2 hours on normal days
  
  🌿We provide
  
  - Paid work hours ( 1250 JPY before taxes )
  - Part time contract based on Japan working standards ( proper Japan visa required )
  - Health Insurance
  - Share room accommodation with 2 people arrangement in traditional/rural 15 minutes away from the lodge
  - Shared transportation ( based on conditions )
  
  🌿Housing rules
  
  - Room accomodation is part of the compensation package and it is expected to follow housing rules
  
  🌿Community
  
  - The area is very rural, very quiet with very few neighbors around, mostly covered in snow, grocery shopping, Myoko station or resort towns like Nojiriko, Madarao or Akakura is 15 ~ 20 minutes away by car, public transportation is very limited
  
  - Sometimes as a residents we are asked to participate in the the voluntary common tasks and activities within the community of people living there. our lovely neighbors are quite old and even they are still amazingly doing farming things and have all the machinery and tooling's imaginable might think of, still do everything by themselves.

  🌿Tasks
  
  - Apartment, chalet cleaning, preparation, laundry
  - Snow cleaning, property, equipment maintenance
  - Driving guests and material around the resorts, stations and lodge
  - Ski, snowboard waxing and delivery
  - Errand duties like preparing snow equipment, guest support or eventual shopping
  
  Not a big amount of work, not every day, approximately 2 ~ 3 hours on normal days, 4 - 5 on peak days, usually 8:00 ~ 14:00 mornings and afternoon from 16:00 ~ 19:00

  Madarao is in the middle of Japan powder belt, with plenty of sports and cultural activities like Nozawa Onsen and the famous Nagano Monkey park
  Our house is 2 hours communicated with Tokyo trough Iiyama station ( 30 minutes by bus from the lodge ) on bullet train shinkansen, the staff house is on better reach through Kurohime and Myoko Kogen stations ( 15 minutes away )
