This is an offering for a stay on a farm that is being converted to a meditation healing centre starting this year, in a semi-remote valley in Central BC, 50 minutes from Williams Lake.
The farm is home to a small herd of Dexter cattle, three horses, three big friendly dogs, two cats and some chickens. Most of the food is produced on the land here, if you are interested in how to live off the land, this is the place.

Besides the farming, Simone is a graphic designer, artist and potter, and Josh is a nice guy who likes to strum a guitar. We live mostly outside of the system and in tune with the earth energies. Being here on the land might be an opportunity to expand and reconnect to Mother Earth in a good way. We are on a non denominational spiritual path and appreciate clarity of mind that comes with clean and conscious energies, this is not the right place for you if you are smoking weed and drinking alcohol.

The accommodation is a cabin with a queen bed and a small wood stove in it. 5 hours a day for 5 days a week is what we are asking. Food is hearty homemade meals with mostly organic ingredients. We do eat a couple of vegetarian meals a week.

The work around here this year will be helping with general farm chores, weeding, harvesting, preservingm as well as helping getting an airbnb space cleaned and ready in between guests. A 16 x 24 cabin is being built right now and we will require help finishing it off. We are also potentially looking for someone who would look after the farm while we are away for a few nights.

Because we are a ways out of town the helpers have to be content with being on the farm or have to have their own transportation. We go to town once or twice a week and helpers are welcome to come along. There is wifi on the farm, although not all devices can pick it up at the cabin and we ask to limit the time spent on the internet when being in our house.

We are in cowboy country with range cows on he road and the occassional cowboy darting out of the bush after the cattle. If you really want to, we would take you to a rodeo, although we don't really agree with how the animals are treated there, but it is a Canadian thing to do in the summer. We are very much about respecting Mother Earth and raising the consciousness on the planet, so you can likely pick up a thing or two about the non-material realms and how to heal yourself if you feel drawn to that kind of thing.

A cozy cabin with a little wood stove, tiny kitchen area and a fridge. A charming outhouse in the trees with a very relaxing view of the cow corrals. We'll provide you with food for breakfast and lunch in the cabin. Dinner is together with us in the main house. The shower is at the main house as well.

McLeese Lake is in the Central Cariboo, there is mountain biking, fishing, a magical lake close by and we have a canoe. Because we are remote and somewhat out of the system you will notice a certain type of energy in this valley, a good place to be meditating and reconnecting with nature.
