  Hi All, my name is Javier, raise and born in south Spain, where I had been working for a while on the Mountains of Sierra Nevada.
  Im a seasonal worker and spent the summer mostly around the beach in different places doing a little bit of everything.
  As a previous volunteer for years, I was traveling California, Spain & France enjoying this opportunity from workaway.
  Last year I started my own ecoproject (not a business) to make a living in Galicia, 15/20 min by car to the most stunning beaches, one of the best surf spots in Spain and my creative vortex for now on, where I will make my living growing food and harvesting fruits to share & storage for the rest of the year, an opportunity for people interested in this way of living to learn to reuse/reduce and produce, using your own energy from the sun and water from the river.
  I offer a place to stay in a nice and cozy caravan, three meals a day, sharing typicals from galicia and also vegetables the orchard can offer.
  I like mountain biking and surfing and I have a bike and a surfboard for you to use anytime.
  This will be perfect for wild life enthusiast, the land is surrounded by forest in an unique location off the grid but near a small town, San sadurnino, and all you need from the system.
  In need of an extra pair of hands to make this happen:
  
  -Outside Shower
  -Dry toilet
  -Fencing
  -Gardening
  -Care the Orcharch
  -Art projects
  
  There will be DIY tasks or team of two depending on the needs.
  The Orchard will run from late may until september, so fresh food coming on, there are over 25 fruit trees on the land and this year is looking expectacular after the rain and the work done last autumn.
  Here you will learn how to care an Orchard, what kind of vegetables we grown around here, how to care fruity trees, helping in the garden and maybe a little bit of spanish too.
  
  Experience in the garden not necessary but is a plus.
  
  Car is not mandatory but highly recommended, conexions between Ferrol and Coruña by bus are good.
  I can drive around before/after volunteering and show you the beautiful places as a part of the volunteering exchange.
  
  Opportunity for 1 or 2 workawayers, if you have your own van there is plenty of space for you to park and a recreational area where you can drop off or refill water anytime.
  
  Ideally for people eagle to learn who likes to be off the grid and reconnect with nature as the land has no water, no wifi or electricity, phone line its good. I have a solar system in my van and we are about to set a water system soon, and in the meantime, there are an outside shower available untill the new one is ready.

  Hola, soy Javier, nací y crecí en el sur de España, donde trabajé un tiempo en Sierra Nevada.
  Siempre he viajado verano e invierno en diferentes lugares, el verano en la playa, haciendo un poco de todo.
  Como voluntario durante años, viajé por California, España y Francia, disfrutando de esta oportunidad gracias a Workaway.
  El año pasado inicié mi propio ecoproyecto ( no como negocio) para vivir en un hermoso pedazo de tierra en Galicia, 15/20 min en coche a playas vírgenes, uno de los mejores lugares de surf en España y mi vértice creativo por ahora, donde desarrollaré mi espacio de vida cultivando alimentos y cosechando frutas para compartir y almacenar el resto del año, una oportunidad para personas interesadas en esta forma de vida y que quieran aprender a reutilizar/reducir el consumo y la producción, usando su propia energía solar y agua de ríos.
  El lugar para alojarse es una bonita y acogedora caravana, ofrezco tres comidas al día, compartiendo típicas de galicia y también verduras de la huerta que tenga en el momento.
  Me gusta montar en bici y el surf y tengo una bici y una tabla de surf para ti para usar en cualquier momento.
  Esto será perfecto para los que les guste la vida salvaje, la tierra está rodeada de bosque en una ubicación única fuera de la red, pero cerca de un pequeño pueblo, San Sadurnino, y todo lo que necesites del sistema.
  
  En busca de voluntarios para llevar a cabo los siguientes proyectos:
  
  - Ducha exterior
  -baño seco
  - vallado
  - Jardinería
  -Cuidado del huerto
  -Proyectos artísticos
  
  Habrá tareas individuales o en equipo en función de las necesidades.
  
  Tendremos un huerto de mayo hasta septiembre, por lo que la comida es fresca km Cero, hay más de 25 árboles frutales en la tierra y este año se ve espectacular después de la lluvia y el trabajo realizado el otoño pasado.
  Aquí aprenderás cómo cuidar un huerto, qué tipo de vegetales cultivamos por aquí, cómo cuidar árboles frutales, habrá proyectos con madera y palets, una oportunidad para aprender algo de carpintería, trabajar la tierra y la jardinería, tal vez un poco inglés, ya que trabajo en Vancouver durante el invierno.
  
  No es necesario experiencia previa pero si es un plus tener contacto con el campo y labores manuales.
  
  El coche no es obligatorio, pero muy recomendable, la conexión desde Ferrol y Coruña en bus esta bien, se puede conducir antes/después del voluntariado y mostrarles los hermosos lugares como parte del intercambio.
  
  Oportunidad para 1 o 2 workawayers, si tienes tu propia furgo, hay mucho espacio para estacionar y un área recreativa donde puedes vaciar o rellenar agua en cualquier momento.
  
  Ideal para la gente con ganas de aprender que le guste estar fuera de la red y volver a conectar con la naturaleza, la tierra no tiene agua corriente, ni wifi o electricidad, hay buena señal telefonica y un sistema solar en mi furgo, tenemos ducha exterior disponible.

  I need some help in the land , this is not a business project, this is a rural piece of land in transition to permaculture and self sufficient way of living in a simple way.
  In need of volunteers for different task around the land as cutting the grass, help us care the Orchard, cutting the surrounders and wood projects with palets, everyone who wants to learn is welcome!
  
  Estamos empezando en este nuevo ecoproyecto, que no es negocio sino una forma sencilla de vivir en la naturaleza y ser autosuficiente, y un poco de ayuda extra es necesario para poner todo a punto, como cortar césped, hacer un vallado, cuidar la tierra y el huerto, diferentes proyectos con madera del lugar y reciclada.
  Una oportunidad para aprender algo de jardinería y carpintería.

  Unterkunft

  Two spots available in a nice and cozy caravan in exchange of help on the land for 25hours a week, mornings or afternoons depending on the volunteer priorities.
  We will share meals on the land, coffee in the morning and some food provided for your own dinner.
  There is a nice place close by to go once a week and enjoy outside meals.
  
  Tenemos una caravana muy agradable, sencilla pero limpia para su estancia a cambio de 25h aproximadamente de trabajo semanal.
  Por la mañana un cafe y algo para arrancar, una buena comida al mediodia y algo sencillo ( a tu gusto ) para cenar, que proporcionare y lo puedes cocinar a tu antojo.

  Valdoviño is the closest beach only 15min also nice town to visit and walk around, 20min to Pantin, one of the best factory waves, 30min to Coruña to visit one of the biggest fishermans city, 1 hour to Lugo or Asturias( playa de las catedrales), 3h to portugal , lots to do around, you can hike around, go to the beach or relax on the land.
  
  Valdoviño es un pueblo costero, destino para surfistas y amantes de las playas, con montones de zonas preciosas para pasear, disfrutar y esta muy cerca. Hay diferentes playas alrededor muy tranquilas, también hay diferentes opciones para visitar, muy cerca de Asturias y a un paso de Portugal.
