Help with daily life and DIY projects in our new home in Frejus, France

  Beschreibung

  We are Juan Manuel (from Argentina) and Linda (from Poland). We're a couple living in Frejus, Southern France, in a cozy 50 square meter house that we just bought, with a small nice garden and our dog named Chipie. I work in construction, more specifically roof renovation, and Linda is a Social Worker.
  
  We like to spend time outdoors and look forward to developing a nice vegetable garden in our new house, some exterior DIY projects and other interior ones. In addition, we have several music instruments at home since Linda plays the piano, learns the Cello, and I play some guitar and flute. I personally enjoy chilling after my long days at work, reading, eating, etc., and Linda loves horse-riding, which she practices several times per month.
  
  When at home, we communicate in French, but I speak fluent english, native spanish and some italian. She speaks native french and polish, some spanish and a little english. We work a lot during the week but are available during the weekend. Nevertheless, we take the time to cook homemade food, discuss, buy fresh produce, etc. You will certainly not find a TV in our house!

  You'd be able to visit the French riviera, take advantage of the sun and the sea, practice/learn french, english, spanish and polish, play music, eat good food.

  We look forward to meeting people, practicing languages, having someone around to help us with the house maintenance, some cleaning, spending time with our dog, walking her and playing with her and eventually some house improvements and DIY projects that we'd like to start, as well as gardening.

  Unterkunft

  For the moment we can either offer a tent in the garden (just for sleeping) if you prefer to sleep alone, with free access to our house obviously, for showering, cooking, chilling, etc etc., or some place in the living room (we don't have a sofa yet). Like I said before, one of our objectives is to build a nice cabin to accommodate visitors! In any case mattress and bedding is provided by us! We do ask travellers staying more than a week if they can contribute financially with a few euros a day for food, why? Because the amount of work we ask for is really little! So you'd be more on holidays for free than anything else, thus we can provide housing but feeding you for a month or several weeks is too much for our budget!

  Was noch ...

  There is no schedule, we need help around the house; the only thing would be no to not make noise at night or early in the morning (we go to bed around 21h30 and I wake up at 5h30 for work) and to try not to use the bathroom when we need to get ready for work! We usually come home late, Linda later than I do but from around 10h30 until 17h you'll be certainly alone. You can then chill around the house/garden, go to the sea and discover spots, even take a bus/train and go visit nearby places like Nice or Monaco (approximately 1h away), Marseille (2h), Saint Tropez (30min), and much more. You can play our music instruments too, go on treks with or without our dog, etc etc. In regards to the location of the house, we are not next to the sea, you can google the neighborhood "La Muscadiere" in Frejus, to have an idea where we live in relation to the sea, and other things you may want to visit, we don't have a car than we can lend you, but a bicycle.
