  Beschreibung

  We are a family of four; Papa, Mama, big sister and little baby brother. We live in a quiet, small village called Eckarstsbrun. We have beautiful views of the Swiss alps in the distance and the lake of Konstanz (Bodensee) just a 5 minute walk. Picture fruit trees, lots of open land, birds singing in every direction and fresh air. Our daughter loves the outdoors, as she is very active and we enjoy spending time in nature and spending time with the animals around us -chickens, goats, dogs, cats, cows. The cities around us draw many tourists.
  
  We are a bilingual family since mama is from the Caribbean. Our daughter speaks English and Deutsch. Our son is just now 4 months. We are pretty chill and do lots of things spontaneously.

  Amanda is from Guyana (Caribbean) and Victor is Swiss born and grew up in Germany. Our style of cooking is mix of these with occasional experiments. We enjoy trying new foods, We spend a lot of time together as a family exploring nature. We would enjoy sharing our cultures while experiencing new ones.

  Unterkunft

  We live in a home with 2 levels. Half of the upper level is occupied by Victor's sister, the lower level and half of the upper is for our family use. We can provide a private room and shared bathroom. We would eat and live together during your stay.

  Things to do and see around our place:
  We have bicycles that you can use to discover the region.
  The lake of Konstanz is about 15 kilometers from our place. Its a very big lake that borders at Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
  We can visit a big castle nearby.
  Drive to the 'Rheinfall' which is the second largest waterfall in Europe.
  If you walk some minutes away from our house you can see big parts of the Alps from Switzerland, Austria and Germany as well as the lake of Konstanz.
  If you'd like to explore the bigger city without our family; the bus (which you can schedule) and train would be the best mode.
