Beschreibung
In the middle of a village yet only 20 minutes from Beziers, our house needs your help. The salt water pool complete yet some more decking is required. The house is amazing but requires maintenance, decorations etc. The Gite needs a little more work but I basically need a pair of hands or 4. I have lived here with my wife for 4 years and embrace the culture with the locals who are incredible. All amenities are within walking distance, bars, coffees, boulangerie, butcher, wine sales and Carrefour. Beziers is 20 minutes on the bus, very easy to airport or 1 hr to Montpellier. I have a beautiful black labrador and we walk every day with a long hike every week to explore new areas. There is SO much to see and do. I regularly entertain and have friends and family to stay with 4 children of my own, now all in their 20's and working in London.

From my experiences over the last 4 years, you get out what you put in. Get out and about, meet the locals because they want to meet you. The Cathar fortifications are all around with incredible towns and cities to visit. Or a trip to the beaches which are only 25 minutes by car. My passion is food and wine and therefore I love to entertain, locals and travellers and you can be involved, we have had some amazing characters to stay and return.

Arbeit
I am a competent DIY'er but need extra hands, inside and outside. I have projects to start and maintenance to complete along with a large garden and vegetable patch. Trades persons are welcome or indeed a competent worker with ability to assist. Wage to be paid €11.50 gross for works carried out whilst assisting the Chambre D’Hote. Free accommodation will be provided

Unterkunft
I have a newly renovated suite on the top floor of the house, 2 double bedrooms with walk in shower and wc plus a sitting room to relax. The gardens are secluded and you are welcome to enjoy and of course the salt water pool at your disposal.

Trips out with me and Luna are always available or walking in the hills, visiting local towns. The delights of Beziers, Montpellier, Narbonne to name a few and all easily accessible. The village is a working hub so all amenities are open all year and a 2 minute walk away.

James's house is very cozy, the work is very diverse, there is always a lot of opportunity to help around, and I get a fulfillment from those projects, e.g. collecting 55kgs olives in 2 hours or doing the painting!
