  What are we doing here?
  
  We have been visiting Goa for a long time, but the last few years made us choose to move here,
  I loved hosting a lot of people as I am very curious about different cultures and traditions and lifestyles. This curiosity made me and similarly my team travel a bit, more we met people the idea got stronger and we curated the idea of “ a Space where the essence of hosting and cultural exchange is the key ingredient, with sharing and learning along the journey.” The hostel was born.
  
  Location: it's located in ARAMBOL village of north goa, India.
  Our space is 200 metres from the beach which allows us to do all this in a perfect coastal space, Arambol has a very unique type of traveller,
  Mainly the old Hippie traveller now turned this village into hosting digital nomads, aspiring yoga and health lovers, unlimited Musicians and live concerts, and countless workshop for all types of travellers and interests. Which makes it the best coral for travellers where the sync of art and culture is mindblowing.
  
  That was last year, we set foot and we learned to stand, this season we wish to walk,
  this year's volunteer program would consist of a lot of creativity and management,
  this year's primary focus will be to host and organise as many workshops in the field of art, music and skill development,

  It's a collective of like-minded, stupid, little crazy, adventurous, loving, caring young people, or we can say a family by choice.

  We are an Eco-friendly Art hostel Hosting from last 7 years in arambol, to provide real Indian Cultural exchange the Project consists of a place with 24 Dorm beds, 2 private apartments, cafe space, a kitchen, Bar, Artspace, and a Kitchen garden. a library, 7000 Sq. Ft Garden with 300 plants & vines and 25 trees, a yoga studio, an Events & Music stage and Jamming space, nature tours, and a social awareness team and more as we go along.
  
  We felt the need for this as when we travelled we realized that people have immense respect for India and its culture but when they are here to see it they fall into traps of scammers and mean businessmen. And this struggle of travellers drifts them away from the real culture we hold for hosting and food and sharing and living together, we want t to create a safe space for people so that they can learn, talk understand, behave and live in our real Indian ambience away from the money-oriented business.
  
  Here we aim to reach a sustainable business which runs on the prosperity of a group effort. We plan to grow our food, organic if possible, the art space will have the tools necessary to enhance your creativity and create art together while learning and teaching each other. We would call it a community but this is just a phased one. We also wish to make this into a documentary and share with all others that it is possible to quit all the stressful full city and live a healthy stress-free calm life with people you love if worked properly.
  
  We request for Support of like-minded people to make this project a reality and safe space for all travellers from all walks of life, We are looking for Builders, Gardeners, painters, creative souls who wish to add more, electricians, plumbers, geeks with social bug, adventurers to create this experience and have an experience while creating it, Feel free to drop a question if you are interested in any kind .........

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  The living experience in a indian village and dealing with the local with be a regular task, as it's a place for multicultural fellow travellers its will a exchange pool for a lots of aspects from language to cooking to sharing workspace. Our core reason why we have started this project is the same to meet and have a global community and still keeping the roots intact of our indian heritage and culture of hosting with all heart.
  Cooking, learning hindi, important gestures and many things that can come handy and if you are interested to learn we are all about sharing it experiences and knowledge.
  Moreover around arambol there are many beaches and villages where a lot of walk tours and cycle tours will be arranged also time to time,
  Nature lovers wont be disappointed at all, the famous sweet lake is a just kilometer walk and evening flea markets and drum circle of Amabol is quite popular for the arambol visitors which is just 10 minutes walk on beach. Arambols uniqueness is the flock of travelling musicians that come here for entire holiday season, and we love them, and our events too. For music enthusiast is a heaven.

  Our hostel was created with idea as workaway-promote cultural exchange and learning. Here one will learn working very closely with indian culture as we are based in a very small village. untouched with tourism for 6 months of year and 6 months with a flood of travellers. a place where multiple culture cross path at same time, the exposure to india and indians in a village will help to understand from basic of "Why Cows are on street to why we shake the heads and also at same time work in an organisation. We started a hostel where cultural exchange is the whole idea. We wish to make a eco-friendly and sustainable space, from kitchen to construction materials used will be very natural and we intend to use no or minimal plastic. it’s a place for artist, musicians and all creators to come and combine the human unity of love and sharing. We had this project for years and we started as we wanted to meet unlimited amazing souls and what better than a hostel in hippy village in heart warming nature north Goa.

  What are we looking for ?
  
  When i travelled to first hostel, i wanted to create one myself, and am sure many of us want to do it, we have tried and need your help to make this collective dream come true.
  What you can contribute cant be summarised in words as your experiences and presence itself with be a great boost for all people around. But if you got talents and skills
  
  These skill are appreciated.
  
  1: Gardners and farmers :
  We want to create a small botanical garden with few hundred plants as part of the big garden space for cafe, and we are already around 300 plants and growing more constantly. And another space will be for the kitchen garden for herbs to be used in our kitchen. So more people crazy for plants and green please write to us now.
  
  2: Carpenter, Builders, welders :
  This big space is all with the idea to be made and created in-house as much as we can.
  Your knowledge, contribution and teaching can be a game changer for all of us.
  
  3: House-keeping :
  Cleanliness is our top priority and people to help us work on this big space to keep it clean, hygienic, and approachable. This task will include daily hostel management space and the garden cafe aswell.
  
  4: Geeks :
  We love the blend of technology with keeping nature in mind and we plan to be paperless as soon as possible and more brains on tech will help us reach there fast.
  The jobs will also include social media management, content writing, branding strategy and the presence of ours over the web. “Photoshop and aftereffects” or similar software skills will be of immense help for the documentary part of the project.
  
  5: Photographers & videographer , storytellers, blogger:
  We adore creativity, we would like to share as much as possible with the fellow beings around globe and this can be done with a effect team to manage all the events and happening at the space.
  
  6: Painters, sculptors, designers, creators:
  We have a special space for art and as much tools as we can provide. Let your creativity out on our endless canava. The hostel is all its walls reflect ,and our shall be creatively interesting one. Tell your stories on our canvas and live this dream with us.
  
  7: Reception desk :
  We are looking for a energy punch welcome at the hostel for the people and if you think you are good with people and understanding their need, we would love to hear from you.
  
  
  8: Language skills :
  As goa a is a big junction for travellers from all parts of world language skills will be handy,
  We have a small initiative to teach hindi to the interested travellers ad if you wish to teach language as well as help us communicate with people at times we would love to have you on team,
  
  9: Events & promotion :
  We plan host few events and workshops we have a dedicated area to focus on. Your event management experience can assist us. We would be promoting many artist also through workshops and we aim to make our voice heard. So all speaker and hosts are welcome.
  
  10: Yoga teachers & assistant
  We have a yoga space where various teachers can practice and teach yoga,

  Unterkunft

  We will be providing the Bunk beds in the dorm space from the hostel till October, and later if the space at hostel is full we will will have a private accommodation as well.
  If you wish to visit the beach as mentioned the hostel is just 200 mts from beach, so no time and money will be wasted on the same.
  Very well connected network of roads and public transport help to see rest of goa easily on your time off.
