  hey everyone , help us to run a friendly guesthouse on the sunny coast of ecuador .
  we are a french/ecuadorian family opening our little guesthouse to host backpackers from all around the world. we are trying to creat a good vibe shelter for anyone travelling south america
  we want to offer hospedaje (a/c,mosquito net,hot shower,kitchen..etc) , beverage and laundry to whom who can help us with the terrace or the reception (nothing hard,literaly playing playstation,beer pong and card games with clients). we have a security guard and a cleaner coming everyday on high season so don't worry too much about the cleaning,your job will be mostly to entertain clients and share some good time together!

  help to run a fun guesthouse in the best partytown of Ecuador!!
  we host an average of 20 to 30 backpackers from all around the world in a fun and respectfull vibe; you will meet and interact with other backpackers just like you who want to discover ecuador and find the best tips from other travellers, wherever you go next.
  you will also share the best memories with other volunteers and clients learning how to surf, playing beach volley at sunset and going out in the crazy nightlife of montanita (remember you get free entrance to clubs just by volunteering with us!)

  friendly young motivated and party mind as it is a fiesta city.
  we want to offer hospedaje (a/c,mosquito net,hot shower,kitchen..etc) , beverage and laundry ,free entrance in "discotecas" in montanita to whom who can help us with our terrace or the reception (nothing hard,literaly playing playstation,beer pong and card games with clients,you'll just call us on the walky talky to inform us if there is a checkin or checkout).it's really keeping an eye on the terrace, so you'll have a lot of spare time to socialize with other guests.
  we have a security guard and a cleaner coming everyday on high season so don't worry too much about the cleaning,your job will be mostly to entertain clients and share some good time together!
  you will choose wich day you can help, we are very flexible: for instance if you want to go clubbing at night let us know and we won't put you in the morning so you can rest. if you like to socialize you can help us with the bar to prepare delicious mojitos at night or to organize games for the clients, like beer pong,quizz nights (super fun!!), barbecue or open bar nights!! (you will have the open bar for free).

  Unterkunft

  you will stay in a four bed dorm with other volunteers, if free we also have a private room with double matress. a/c (on high season) mosquio net and safety box
  
  we have a shared kitchen with everything you need to cook,fridge,free drinking water,toaster,blender,rice eggs local fruits.. we also organize barbecue every week free for volunteers. meals and breakfast change everyday.
  you will also have two days free everyweek so you can discover a bit around; we'll be happy to guide you around the coast there are so many beautifull places to discover

  Was noch ...

  during free time you can play beach volley,learn surfing ,going fishing at la punta (we have all the gears needed :) ), do yoga on the beach or just read a good book on the hamoc. you can be sure you will enjoy the social vibe of our brand new guesthouse!
