  We are set out on providing a unique and fulfilling experience for all of our guests.
  
  Where are we?
  
  Only 25 minutes from San Gil, set under the beautiful old town Bárichara .
  We are a open 3 floor house with diferent enviroments , colorfull and fun place to relax and have a great time in Barichara, living the colonial and unique way of infraestructure that only you will find here .
  
  its a confortable house with great beds and share bathroom.
  
  nice are for tanning and ready a book while you enjoy a lovely drink.
  we are great located very close from the main square 3 mins walk .
  
  Who are we?
  
  A healthy living hostel, who run and arrange energising daily activities around town . We keep the experiences local and mix with the community whenever we can.
  
  So it's about connecting with nature under pro-active days, in the local way.
  
  We represent those different branches we offer, as well as the natural roots and wellness living.
  
  What do we do?
  
  Monday to Friday at 06:00, as fresh local coffee is served, we run daily fitness sessions. The sessions are for all levels and free for all clients, and normally last only 30 minutes but always finish off with a plunge in the waterfall, all before breakfast.
  
  After breakfast, each day you can buy onto a number of other energising activities, such as; local daily treks into rural Colombia using local transport, yoga and meditation programs (weekends only), cross-fit classes, trail running, dance classes, as well as high adrenaline adventure sports from around San Gil town.
  
  How do we work alongside the local community?
  
  Firstly, although the hostel has private areas within the property, we also have community areas which we share with a hotel. A hotel which has local and national cliental, allowing us social opportunities with fellow travellers, on a Colombian basis, should you choose.
  
  We also partner with a local volunteer foundation, cross-fit gym and kids school. For our local rural walks, the guides are locals too, we use local transport, and visit more locals along our way.
  Keeping it real and Colombian, as well as supporting the local economy, is important to us.
  
  Our Target Market?
  
  International travellers of all ages, including families, who are travelling around Colombia. Mid-range budget, looking for nature, healthy living and local experiences.

  We recieve lots of Colombian clientel in our coffee shop and at the hostel, so as a culture experience its genuine, we are an English speaking hotel but very much in Colombia, we run treks and tours always referencing to Colombian experiences, Colombian taditions and Colombian nature.
  
  Also the hostel is dynamic so any volunteer will expeirnce a wide varity of work and play.
