  Hi Everyone!
  
  My name is Fangyi (or Bettina that I use at work) and I live in Taipei, Taiwan.
  
  I'm looking for a cat/anaimal lover who happens to visit Taipei from 4/Feb-18/Feb 2024. You can stay in my studio room and help me take care of my cat Juni when I am away for my vocation.
  
  The location of my place is in a residential area and easy to access to bus, metro and local restaurants. If you like hiking or taking a walk, you can easily walk to the parks and hiking trails. Also close to 2 sports-centers if exercise is part of your routine.

  I'm simply sharing my studio room with travellers who plan to explore Taipei, so you can save some budget of accommodation.

  Arbeit

  Daily tasks of cat-sitting:
  
  - Feed the cat 2-3 times a day, according to the amount of dry/wet food in my note.
  - Please clean the litter box 2-3 times a day (ideally clean it as soon as possible), and flush off the cat litter into the toilet.
  - Fill the cat water filter and clean it once on weekends.
  - Please vacuum the room floor every day, and mop the floor once on weekends.
  
  House Rules (basic principle is to keep the room clean!)
  
  1. General Rules:
  - After 10 p.m. please avoid making noise.
  - Please do not invite other visitors.
  
  2. Waste management policy in Taiwan
  
  General trash/Orgainc Waste/Recycling Items
  - All garbage/food waste/recycling garbage should be sorted according to the instructions and disposed of at the arrival time of the garbage truck (8pm-8:10pm Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri/Sat).
  - General garbage should be collected in the BLUE garbage bag. Please take it to the garbage truck downstairs when the garbage is full. The recycled garbage can be collected in general plastic bag and handed over to the cleaning staff.
