  Hallo!
  My name is Cristina and I am the owner of a small stone house in a mountain village in Val Chisone, 40 minutes from Turin, about an hour from Montgenèvre.
  Ideal to make a stop with me for those traveling to or from France.
  
  The house is surrounded by 1500sqm of land, part of which is wood and lots of nature!
  With good will I managed to eradicate a good part of brambles that hid the ground and I found two areas that were certainly previously cultivated. And so I would like to start a vegetable garden and a garden.
  For years I shared this wonderful space with Boris, my splendid and equally wonderful dog, who left us last years ago and now I live with mEaow, a white cat with a black tail and many wild kittens that I take care of.
  
  If you are traveling with a dog I will be happy to host you together, I love dogs.
  But please be aware that your pet is not aggressive because mEaow doesnt feel comfortable with dogs.
  
  I quit smoking in 2019 and I started to be vegetarian in 2020 and i am celiac (gluten free) since I was born.
  Here there is a wifi connection.
  Less than 5 minutes away by car ( 1 hour by foot) there is the little town that can satisfy every type of need.
  Everywhere around us there is a lot of nature and hiking paths to discover the area.
  
  Over the years I started to renovate my house and many works are completed now, but still many are waiting to be done and I always need an hand to make my house more welcoming and liveable.
  
  At the moment I would like to insulate the roof of the barn, fix the woodshed, carry on the work in the garden, start a vegetable garden, prune the trees, clean the forest, pick up the timber fall down during the winter time in the woods.
  There is always something to do!
  I like music, art, coloring, and discovering new places and people.
  
  I travelled a lot all around the world for studying and working so i can communicate speaking English and French and basic Portuguese.
  No special skills are needed to help me in my project , just the desire to be in the midst of nature, in contact with animals and curiosity to get to know each other.

  My intent is to share this space of mine with those who want to travel and get to know new realities, with those who want to bring and take new ideas; I would like it to become a place of growth, exchanges of knowledge and cultures and where people can relax, get to know each other and exchange information.
  I speak english and french.
  For everything else ... there is always goodwill! :)

  Unterkunft

  I can offer
  - Garden sharing --> a tent in the garden with double materas and blankets.
  - Parking slot for those will come in Campervan
  - a real bed in a not heated room ( on of those to be renovated!)
  
  IN ALL THESE ACCOMODATION volunteers can use the bathroom in the house with hot water, shower and all commodities.

  Was noch ...

  No specific skills are required, just a lot of curiosity and goodwill.
  Collaboration is required in houseworks
  
  I have a regular job from Mon to Fri so Volunteers will be alone during the week.
  Usually i come back in the evening
  For this reason i would ask to the volunteers to take all the time for travelling and resting during the week and give me an help during the week end also if it will be more that 5 hours per day.
  
  If you prefer to make some little job during the week staying in the house while I will be at work, like gardening or pruning or whatever...Please feel free to do it.
  But bare in mind that in the week end, when I will be at home, i will need your help so I would appreciate if you could organise your time considering this.
