  Hi,
  I am a Belgian lady living (retired) in Spain since end of 2020. I live in this great region of Valencia which offers city life at 30 minutes away as well as quietness in the area where my house is. My house is 25 minutes walk from a metro station going to Valencia.
  
  Around the house there are fields of oranges and you can walk through them. I chose this area because it was quiet but near a city if I want to go and see a movie. In the village L'Eliana 4 km away, there are nice bars.
  
  I would describe myself as open-minded, friendly and easy to get along with. I truly appreciate being part of a positive and respectful environment. I’m very grateful for the experiences I live and I try to bring a good attitude and positive energy with people that will come and live with me.
  
  I go dancing salsa every week-ends in Valencia, and sing in a great choir close to here every Tuesday evening. You can join me to the dance place as it is free for everybody and you will meet nice people there from everywhere. Or you might just want to hang out at the beach, also reachable by metro . I have some good friends here, British, Russians, Venezuelan...
  
  I have bought this house in June 2025 and I have realized that I cannot do/maintain this house by myself alone and also I like sharing my life with people. Some English friends came to help me and it was great to be together and sharing working and coffee time. And in the previous house I was renting, I also shared it. It was fun.
  
  I am thinking of selling the house in the coming year but until then, I need to maintain it. Painting it in white which makes it looking more lovable. It has a great swimming pool. I would love to create a vegetal garden but the water tank is disconnected and needs repair at the connection. And I don't know anything about that. I would like to learn permaculture. It does not have to be it is just a possibility.
  
  As a therapist most of my working life, I have worked with my head so now I would love to be out in nature. And interact with people in a practical sense. And I have noticed that there is more in 2 heads than in one, and more physical strength in 2 bodies than in one.
  
  But if you need some help to learn how to destress, I can also teach that to you, self help energy method like EFT . (Only if you want)
  
  I love to prepare food and even more if I cook for other people. I love philosophical and spiritual discussions. If you play an instrument , that's wonderful. My instruments are my healing arts.
  
  I love languages . My mother language is French, I am fluent in English. My Spanish is very good. I also speak Dutch. I would love to learn italian.
  
  It is a non smoking, non drinking space. Animals are welcome. I look so forward to meet you.

  What I can offer you. Healthy cooking , talking in French, teaching self help destressing energy method EFT. We can go on walks together. And I can do yoga in the morning.
  Dancing at the week-end in Valencia at the beach where other sport activities are organised by the city. Volley in particular.
  I would love to meet with people that love life and that also are happy to exchange about deep subjects, spiritual experiences, travels.

  Arbeit

  Manual help outside the house and inside. Painting the house outside. I would paint the walls as well. Gardening, cutting trees, grass (only if it rains a lot), watering. Building a protection for my water filters that are outside and need to be protected from the sun. Clear the garden to make it look good.
  Unfortunately I cannot teach anything manual. I can do it with you. We can learn together.
  I can teach self help energy method for emotional distress.
  
  1. 5 hours a day 5 days a week.
  2. Please help prepare the food with me. Meals at noon and 7 pm. Itt is mainly organic food and fish from this sea.
  3. Wifi in the house. Go on your Social media during pauses. Or during your free time. But leave it aside during meals. I love to connect with humans, not robots attached to their phones.
  4. Metro stations in 3 different spots direct to Valencia (+- 40 min in train, +-30 minutes walk to station)
  5. Lots of things to see in Valencia. I go dancing latino dances at the weekends in Valencia and can take you there. Otherwise you can go by yourself as it happens for free 6 days a week. You could also come with me Tuesday evenings to a choir in the village next door. It is fun and I can't read music.
  6. I accept any animal that is very well behaved.

  Unterkunft

  One bedroom and sharing the bathroom with me and maybe an other workawayer.
  I usually do intermittent fasting meaning, my first meal is around 11.00 to 13.00. In Spain people have "almuerzo" at that time. I usually cook bacon eggs with vegetable curry.
  In the afternoon, I will eat fruits, and nuts. In the evening around 7 pm I will eat some cooked vegetables, avocado and maybe nuts also. I will add fresh fish from the region at the week-end.

  Was noch ...

  2 different metro lines and 3 stops 4 km away. But roads are not made for pedestrians...Easier in the summer as it has daylight later.
  I really don't accept any people drinking and smoking in and around the house...

  It would be a bit tricky because the entrance for car is small and there is my car. You can park not far from the house though in the street. There is is only one other house in the very small street. I'll make a video once we speak.
