I live with my husband in a lovely small house near Deshaies, a very cute village, and walking distance from two beaches good for snorkeling. The sunsets there are the most beautiful.
We have 3 cats at home, very easygoing.
Short stays are welcome (3 days minimum, 2 weeks maximum)

As a French teacher, I’m happy to help you with learning the language if you need it.
I’m quite knowledgeable about cacao and chcoolate and do tastings.
I also write books, that’s why I need help to clean and cook so I can spend more time to write. Also I'm not good at cleaning but enjoy having a very clean house. Happy to share writing sessions with the workawayer, or ukulele sessions (I'm learning), or cooking...
I do my own coconut oil, that we can do together, when I have coconuts.
I also make my own sourdough bread, every week.
Arbeit
The workaway would be in charge of cleaning the house and the garden for around hours a day.
I’m happy to take the workawayer to snorkel and tell them about the fishes and corals ; in the weekend I can also take them for hiking and introduce them to other people on the island.

Unterkunft
A private room with a private bathroom on the first floor of the house (two single beds, on the photo). There is also a balcony with a small view on the sea.
The house is quiet.
No smoking and no drinking inside the house or in the garden.
Food is not provided, but we're happy to share some meals!
There is no walking distance supermarket, so you better plan ahead.
I don’t eat often meat and eat mostly local organic veggies and fruits, that I order every Tuesday and receive on Wednesday. I'm happy to go pick up your order if you'd like to get some.
