  I have a house in a little town called Chantelle, situated in the middle of rural France, Allier. Here I have very large garden that requires care and attention. The garden has hundreds of fruit trees, a spice garden, vegetable garden, and so much more. The help I am looking for is quite simple and requires no professional skills. There are a lot of options also depending what season it is. The town is small and serene with a local bakery, a couple of bars and resturants, bank, post office, brocantes, etc. A lot of medieval architecture and historical sites. People who enjoy a calm lifestyle in the country side will enjoy staying here, for sure!

  I have a lot of experience gardening both from France and my native country Sweden, I will gladly share my knowledge on the topic with you. I always try little experiments here and there and would love to have input from interested people. Improvements where you see fit is a welcome dicsussion!
  
  There are always events happening around Chantelle and the neighbouring villages, with a multitude of natural and historical sites to explore on your time off. If you have any questions about what to do I can give you many tips!
  
  I am fluent in swedish and english, if anybody would care to practice. I am myself learning french and currently speak at a basic level and would love to practice speaking some more, if you speak french.

  Arbeit

  I mostly need help with gardening, ranging from light to heavy. This includes:
  - Cutting grass
  - Triming trees
  - Picking vegetables, fruit, and spices
  - Cutting wood, sorting wood
  - Helping maintain machinery
  - Clearing weeds
  - and any other help that may occur
  
  Please note that the gardening work is weather dependent, and therefore help is mostly needed during spring and summer season. If its winter season or cold weather other tasks could maybe be given.

  Unterkunft

  A short walk form the main house there is an annex that can comfortably house 4 people. There is large and fully equipped kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, stove, utensils, sink, etc. There are 2 single beds downstairs and one queen size bed upstairs. There is also a very up-to-date bathroom with a shower, toilette, and washing machine. Most food is to be prepaired by house guests. Occationaly a BBQ or so at the main house.
  
  No food is supplied on a regular basis. However 10€ per day and person is offerd, so guests can prepair their own food.

  Was noch ...

  During your time off there is a lot to explore in the surrounding areas! Besides the many natural and historical sites, there are many wineyards, St Poucain, a beautiful gourge that follows along Anne de Bourbone castle, and of course very good resturants and culinary experiences. Transport in the area requires a rental vehicle since there are no buses. It does, however, make the area great for somebody who enjoys long walks!
