  I'm Margaux. After various volunteer work in different countries, now it’s my turn with great joy to open the doors of my home. I live with my partner Brett and our little family of animals, two dogs, tree cats and a mule, in a bubble of peace in the heart of the forest.
  We settled on a coffee farm with the project of creating a retreat place with cabins. So we are starting to take care of the land, build in the space. We have a simple life, living to the rhythm of nature and what every day is needed and inspires us to do.

  Soy Margaux. Después de varios voluntariados en diferentes países, ahora es mi turno con mucha felicidad de abrir las puertas de mi casa. Vivo con mi pareja Brett y nuestra pequeña familia de animales, dos perros, tres gatos y una mula, en una burbuja de paz en el corazón del bosque.
  Nos instalamos en una finca con el proyecto de crear un lugar de retiro con cabañas. Así que estamos empezando a cuidar la tierra, construir en el espacio. Tenemos una vida sencilla, viviendo al ritmo de la naturaleza y de lo que cada día se necesita y nos inspira a hacer.

  We are a French-Texan couple living in Colombia so we have cultures to share! We speak Spanish together, we can teach the language, such as French and English.
  We like to do crafts with mostacillas and macramé, play instruments, we can spend time sharing arts. We like to meet people from different horizons, opening our minds with other ways of living and being.

  Somos una pareja francesa-texana viviendo en Colombia así que tenemos culturas por compartir! Hablamos español juntos, podemos enseñar el idioma, tal como el francés y el ingles.
  Nos gusta hacer artesanía con mostacillas y macramé, tocar instrumentos, podemos pasar tiempo compartiendo artes.
  Nos gusta encontrar personas de diferentes horizontes, abriéndonos la mente con otras formas de vivir y ser.

  Arbeit

  We need help preparing the garden, caring for the animals, cutting building materials, maintaining the common areas, and working in the coffee plantation. You can also help with daily tasks in the family kitchen, perhaps by sharing recipes, and you'll get to try our homemade arepas!

  Necesitamos ayuda para hacer el espacio de la huerta, cuidar los animales, cortar materiales para las construcciones, arreglar los espacios comunes, trabajar al cafetal. En lo cotidiano participar para la cocina, puede ser compartiendo recetas, y probaras nuestras arepas caseras!

  Unterkunft

  In the cabin we are living, there is a room with a single bed, having its own access outside.
  The three meals of the day are shared with volunteers. We cook breakfast, lunch and dinner together or in shifts. We respect each other’s rhythm, so we talk with the volunteer about its preferences. Sometimes we make yummy banana cakes for the snack.

  En la cabaña donde vivimos tenemos un cuarto con una cama simple, teniendo su proprio acceso afuera.
  Las tres comidas del día están compartidas con los voluntariados. Cocinamos juntos o por turnos los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Respetamos el ritmo de cada uno, así que hablamos cuando llega uno de sus preferencias. A veces hacemos ricas tortas de plátanos para la merienda.
