  We are a lively family in Amsterdam, with two young children, looking for someone who enjoys being part of our household and helping out around the home. In the mornings we would love a hand getting the house in order after our morning routine: making breakfast, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, organising the house a little, cooking dinner and helping with the laundry.
  
  We live in a nice area of Amsterdam, with lots of families, sporting areas, playgrounds and parks, and only 10 min from the city centre.
  
  Nora and I are both entrepreneurs with our own business; we work mostly from home, sometimes at clients and their offices, 4 days a week. Nora is fluent in Spanish, and we both speak Dutch and English. We would love to share our language and culture with you and to learn about yours.

  We love welcoming people from other countries into our home and learning about different landscapes, cultures, languages and traditions. You will get to experience daily life with a local Amsterdam family, practise your Dutch or English, and discover the city like a local.
  
  In your free time there is so much to explore: Amsterdam city center is just 10 minutes away by bike, with its canals, museums, markets and events, and the rest of the Netherlands is easy to reach by train. As a photographer and influencer, Nora is an ambassador for the city and loves sharing her favourite spots and the latest things happening around town.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for help with general tasks around the house. A typical morning would include making breakfast, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, tidying and organising the house a little after the morning, cooking dinner and helping with the laundry.
  
  We are easy-going and will agree together on a schedule that suits everyone. Alongside the household help we enjoy a relaxed language and cultural exchange: practising English together and sharing about daily life in Amsterdam.
  
  We are looking for someone tidy, independent and reliable, who enjoys cooking, helping around the house and city life, and likes being part of a busy, creative household of two entrepreneurs.

  Unterkunft

  You will be staying with us in our spacious house. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of families, 10 min from central station by bike. You will have your own bedroom with a double bed and desk, and share our bathroom and kitchen. Dutch breakfast and lunch are available, and helping to cook dinner is part of the tasks.

  We love Amsterdam, because there is some much to do!
  
  Every week there are new movie releases, dance festivals, expositions, Amsterdam has modern and classic art musea, modern dance, theatres of course for opera and plays, the Concertgebouw (famous for classical concerts) and much more.
  
  From our house you can reach all the top spots on your bike, we have trams, buses and trains very near if you like.
  
  You can reach beautiful green areas in and around Amsterdam easily by bike from our house.
