Personal cook for a local family in in the middle of San Francisco, USA

  I am leaving on the 26th of May and would love to find a long-term workawayer to take over for cooking for my family while I am gone, so Ideally we have a few weeks together before I leave so I can make sure you are on the same page....once I leave, you will be much more on your own and the people involved may not have the time or energy to make sure things going as we plan.
  
  This will generally be just a couple of days of cooking so my family has food for the week and then you have your own place in San Francisco with a very cool (my dad) neighbor to hand out with or ask for information when you want.
  
  I am a seasoned traveller (13 years, mostly hitchhiking) and a trained cook. We've hosted people on workaway many times before when I'm in San Francisco...it's been a beautiful thing thanks to many amazing helpers. I am usually outside of San Francisco, and this time, I will try something new as I will try to host someone, while I'm not here. You will not be alone. My dad, who has also hosted 100's of people on here and couchsurfing will be here.
  
  What we will need is someone to replace me (as a cook, at least). My sister had twins a little over a year ago and I have been helping a lot with providing them healthy delicious food (they do not live in this house) as well my father who is getting older in age (72) and sometimes might forget to feed himself.

  SAN FRANCISCO:
  We live in the middle of San Francisco and were born and raised here. My father has been here since he was born (1950) and enjoys showing people around to his favorite bars and neighborhoods, he also loves going on walks (with the right motivation and good weather) in the many nearby beautiful nature trails (he might even be up to driving to some redwoods or something if he really feels up for it)

  Arbeit

  We need a personal cook to make meals for my sister and her partner and their two little boys and my dad.
  
  I have been doing this the last 6 months and I believe if you are organized and efficient you should be able to do everything we need from you in 2 days! This will mean a lot of food prep and ideally a healthy smoothie everyday for my dad.
  
  MUST:
  -Have a general knowledge of food preparation with an emphasis on healthy and sanitary (it's different cooking for babies as it would be to cook for a bunch of travellers or students)
  -Be clean and respectful and willing to listen to instruction (you are your own boss, but opinions will need to be respected)
  -Be OK to handle meats
  
  BONUS
  -If you have a knowledge of fermentation (kombucha, apple cider vinegar), that would be amazing, as we have some of those going and are very appreciative
  -If you drive/have a car, that will make everyone's life soooo much easier, but I know most people may not have
  -My father is getting older, and if you can help out around the house when he needs it and encourage him to do some healthy things (walks, stretching, eating well) it would be great

  Unterkunft

  -In a home in San Francisco. I am from San Francisco, and this is my grandparent’s old house, it’s quite a cool and central house,and is now my father's, who lives in the upper unit. he was born here and knows the city very well.
  
  You will have your own apartment most likely. It is not the most fixed up apartment and you will have to go upstairs to use the shower, but you will have the option of being social with my father and whatever guests he might have or just keeping to yourself. There is comfortable beds and all the utilities you need.

  RESPECT; There will be no sexism, racism, homophobia or any of that stupid crap on this project, if you have to ask what else I might be talking about, then this isn't the place for you. Its really quite simple, just don't be an asshole. With that being said, I love to be a sarcastic asshole, so make sure you are ok with people joking around. (This is something I wrote as a host, but I will leave it here anyway as it's true with my father as well...We love a good joke, but no hatred,
