Beschreibung
Our family is made of Alessandra, Fabrizio and two kids (Enea 13 yo, Domitilla 10 yo) + the grandmother Carmerita. Grandma can't move from bed on his own, and needs to be taken care. Normally there is a nurse taking care of her. Enea and Domitilla are autonomous, but needs sometimes some help with school homeworks and to go to music and sport activities (basketball for Enea, athletics for Domitilla). They both like to speak english and french, and appreciate to know people coming form other countries.

We live not far form Venice and Verona, very near to the Dolomites, and finally not far away from Milan and Florence. The workawayers will have time to explore the centre-north of Italy, as our town is well connected with the main cities of the area.
We live in a small town very close to Vicenza and we have several friends with childrens, so we guarantee the workawayer that he/she may work as a baby-sitter or arranging classes to teach English or other subjects.
We'd love that the workawayer take part in our family life and may share time and ideas with us and withour friends, and create his/her own net of friendships.
We are used to host foreign young people as we have been hosting 7 au pairs in these last 7 years. Now we would like to change kind of experience as our children do not yet need a baby sitting assistance.
The au pairs we hosted could attend Italian Classes in Vicenza (reaching by train the school) and that's one of the contexts where they could meet friends and arrange trips to other cities of Italy together or spending weekends visiting some exhibitions/museum/events in the nearby.

We have two different alternatives to porpose to our workawayer:
or 16 hour to spend with Grandma to allow the nurse staying with her some more free time
or 20/25 hours to spend with our children (13, our son Enea and almost 10 our daughter, Domitilla).
Both "services" leave a lot of free time to the workawayer. In both case, no specific skills are required, except being proactive and friendly with them, and speack fluently english and/or french.

Unterkunft
The workawayer will have a room and a bathroom on his own in another floor of the house. This guarantee the maximum respect of his/her privacy and of his/her free time.
We live in a house big enough witha garden and in an area very peaceful of the town.
We have a second house in the mountains (in Asiago, at the PreAlps chian, at about one hour from where we usually live); we try to spend our free time there and our workawayer can enjoy the tmposphere of the snow (during winter) . nd qalk in the woods (during Summer).

There ìs a train station at about 5 minutes walking form our home . The line of train passing through our station allows to reach Vicenza in about 10-15 minutes to connect to Venice, Milan, Florence, Rome etc: Venice takes about one hour by train, as well as Verona, MIlan two hours.
There is a sort of Natural Park not far from ourr house allowing to have very healthy and relaxing walks.
In our town there is a Theatre/Cinema whose programme of movies is very inetresting (from september to may/june), and there is a theatrical show schedule, too.
For those who would like to attend gyms, therea re 2 or 3 in the nearby, and several in Vicenza.
