ABOUT US: Pilar and Manuel, Kadu; we are a family made up of mother and son who live in a town in the interior of Galicia. We both work in the rural tourism house that we have in the full nature and tranquility of Galicia.
SOBRE NOSOTROS:
Pilar y Manuel: somos una familia formada por madre e hijo que vive en un pueblo del interior de Galicia. Ambos trabajamos en la casa de turismo rural que tenemos en la plena naturaleza y tranquilidad de Galicia.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: Orchard and garden: We have a small orchard next to our house where we plant different products (lettuce, potatoes, onions,...). In addition, our rural tourism house has various corners in which there are large gardens.
SOBRE EL PROYECTO:
Huerta y jardín:
Tenemos una pequeña huerta al lado de nuestra casa en la que plantamos diferentes productos (lechugas, patatas, cebollas,...). Además, nuestra casa de turismo rural cuenta con diversos rincones en los que se encuentran unos amplios jardines.
ANIMALS: We have three dogs (Tita, Ouro and Luna), chickens, Viennese cows, a mare (Prata) and Galician sheep which must be cared for and cared for with great affection.

Tenemos tres perros (Tita, Ouro y Lula), gallinas, vacas vianesas, una yegua (Prata) y ovejas gallegas los cuales deben ser atendidos y cuidados con mucho cariño
WHERE ARE YOU STAYING? We have a house next to ours for our volunteers or workers in which you will have a private room. So it is important that you keep your space and common areas tidy and clean.

Disponemos de una casa al lado de la nuestra para nuestros voluntarios o trabajadores en la cual tendrás habitación privada. Por lo que es importante que mantengas tu espacio y las zonas comunes ordenadas y limpias.

Ayudar en la huerta, con los animales, mantenimiento, limpieza y organización de la granja. Somos completamente flexibles y esperamos que nuestros voluntarios también lo sean. Nos encantan las personas dinámicas, que tengan iniciativa para ayudarnos, abiertas y con ganas de aprender algo nuevo cada día.

In our house you can enjoy the Galician countryside with animals. There is very close public transport to travel to Lugo and Santiago.
En nuestra casa pueden disfrutar del campo gallego junto a animales.

They live and work in a beautiful house in the Galician countryside & were nothing but understanding and helpful when speaking to me with my limited Spanish. While staying here I was also able to visit Santiago, Monterroso & Lugo both on my days off and with Manuel & Pilar.

Manuel and Pilar were very helpful and made this a great experience. I was able to improve my Spanish and learn more about Galician culture. Highly recommend this experience! Lane
