Hi,
We are searching for a friendly, easy going and hard working work awayer!
After hosting many beautiful people the last 18 months, we are now in need for some help around the house as we get ready to sell our family home. If you like cleaning this role will be for you!
Our previous work awayer’s would assist with driving the kids to daycare and caring for them when Terri is working.
But you will not need to do any of the caring of the kids. You would purely be helping with cleaning and possibly cooking.
Please reach out if you think you’d like to stay and help out. We can go over more on the phone.
Please note you must be willing to provide 20-25 hours of help per week.
The kinds of tasks this chosen person would be doing over each week would be: sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning kitchen, toilets/bathrooms/glass sliding doors/gates/louvers.
-helping to day day tidiness of the house- dishes, washing ect.
-gardening/plant care.
The right person would have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves on the bottom level of the 3 level house. The Public bus system is easy and cheap, 50 cents to get to Noosa. We have a pool you can use (although chilly in winter) and a communal kitchen/living area.
We love food and will ensure the foods you like are available.

We are an Aussie family. My partner and I love to travel and have made many memories and friends worldwide, particularly pre kids. We also travelled Asia for 7 months in 2023 with our two little ones, at the time they were 1yrs and 2.5 yrs! We’re super friendly and love a chat! We’d be open to providing local advice so you get the best out of your Sunshine Coast stay. We love cooking. Happy to teach you how to use the charcoal bbq which delivers the most smoky flavoured meat. Our home is only a 3 minute drive to beach or 15 min walk, you would have plenty of free time to get to the beach for some solo time.

Arbeit
Taking kids to and from daycare (we have a spare automatic car they could use), helping to get them ready for the day and some bedtimes. Helping with the household cleaning.

Coolum beach is located only 25 minutes from the iconic Noosa. If you’re into hikes and keeping fit, Mt Coolum is only an 8 minute drive from our home and the Noosa National Park isn’t far either. You could use our spare car when we don’t need it. This would be helpful getting to Noosa ect. You will be added to our car insurance. All we ask is that if you take the car for longer trips in your free time, you put some fuel in. The days you use the car with the kids, obviously all fuel will be paid for.
