  Family of three in North Vancouver
  The house is located in the beautiful and peaceful Pemberton heights neighbourhood on north Vancouver.
  This is a quiet neighbourhood with little for streetlights or traffic so it is ideal for stargazing at night! I’m a 40 year old women who lives here with two small dogs. My two teens live here part time as well.
  
  The house is located right next to a forested area with trails that lead down to marine drive, where many businesses, restaurants, groceries are located and where men unused through north Vancouver and to downtown Vancouver run. The bus to grouse mountain also runs a couple of blocks away from our house.
  
  Ambleside beach and Park Royal mall is a 45-60 min walk away, or 20-25 min by public transportation. The walk is a beautiful one that takes you along the Capilano River, where you will undoubtedly spot runners, walkers, many birds including eagles, possibly heron if you’re lucky, and many times of the year salmon are splashing through its waters.
  
  I am in need of assistance with yard maintenance (trimming plants with hand clippers, undergrowth, etc, lawn cutting and placing down three or four bags of new soil . As well, I am in need of house clening. Additionally, I would love for someone to help me declutter kids toys/books, etc and much of my clothing. Stay the night here for a couple of hours of work during the day! Best for someone in their 20s or 30s.
