  Hello guys! We are an inspired group of individuals who are working on a community ranch project about an hour outside of LA. The game plan is to build up the ranch to become an awesome space where we can all have room to work on our dream projects or interests (such as van conversions, archery, working remotely, pottery, etc.), and have access to tools, learn new skills, share our knowledge with each other, hang out with other fun people and just enjoy the simple pleasures of life on a ranch. We are also working on becoming a hub for vanlifers and campers!
  
  We are specifically looking for workers who are friendly, upbeat, and enjoy having a good time!
  
  The property has a main house, a community kitchen, a pool, beautiful hiking trails, gorgeous views, goats, cats (with lots of cute little kittens!), and many dogs. One of our more recent projects was finishing up the outside Bar which has a pool table, foosball, etc. We're also assembling cabins, working on our music studio, cleaning up the land for summer, and more. This space is a work in progress, and there is still lots to do! We'd love to have your help and company!
  
  2 Weeks Minimum stay! If you like to stay longer , please know no one likes awesome people to ever leave!!!!! So yes, we are open for awesome people to stay as long as they like, as long as you stay inspired and make yourself relevant! We often have people come for 2 weeks and end up staying 3-6-or even 9 months and turn into forever friends!..... We are also super flexible since we are incredibly thankful to all the past and future volunteers for helping bring this awesome project to life!!! so we would love to have you be part of it all.
  Quick note: We are looking for inspired, good vibes people who love their life and make good choices for themselves. No illegal hard drugs whatsoever please!
  
  Current Projects:
  Music Studio is finally finished!!!! , so We are currently building up our ArtFarm Movie Ranch and Pet Paradise Nature Space. We are also finishing several little retreat cottages and several other projects and we also are getting ready to finally build our Tiki Bar at the Pool , complete with a swim-up bar !
  Also, Anyone interested in learning about HONEY-BEES, we need helpers to build our Honey-Bee Sanctuary and help us rescue more bees! with sweet HONEY REWARDS!

  Arbeit

  We are looking to round out our team with more inspired and positive people who have skills/experience based around physical help, farm-stay, construction, eco building, carpentry, ranch/ outdoor environments and/or experience with at least a few power tools. We are also looking for more people to help with general cleaning and organizing and misc skills like social media , photography and etc. So let us know what your superpowers are!!!
  
  Current Projects:
  Music Studio is finally finished!!!! , so We are currently building up our ArtFarm Movie Ranch and several little retreat cottages and a Tiki Bar at the Pool , complete with a swim-up bar !. We are also hoping to soon do some sand bag building of our retaining wall we need ( Long Story!) and finaly finish adobe build of our pizza oven, and Anyone interested in learning about HONEY-BEES, we need helpers to build our Honey-Bee Sanctuary and help us rescue more bees! with sweet HONEY REWARDS!
  If you love puppies and dogs, come join us and help build up our PAWSome FURtastic HOWListic PAWS-Springs NATURE SPACE for Doggies and the Doggy-Date Launge. Other than this there are some gardening tasks, house cleaning and grounds keeping and if you have some skills you can share we can organize some workshops etc. Let us know what are your super powers! We are also working on a website/ and app so these sort of skills are also precious! B your day may include sanding/woodworking, general maintenance of the ranch, constructing, painting, cooking, cleaning, gardening, organizing or a variety of other things. Each day is different!
  
  
  Our Ranch has a lot of different things going on, so depending on what your looking for and whats available, we currently have some "core team" positions available for those who qualify as well as work positions with California minimum wage offered , so please make sure you have the proper visas.

  Unterkunft

  There is a large community kitchen with plenty of community food, you can cook for yourself but we often will cook and feast together.
  We have some beautiful camping spots and workaways who have their own car/van/camper to sleep in or are happy to camp will have priority. Mattresses will be provided. We have a few tents/sleeping bags to borrow as well or you can bring your own (first come, first serve- so ask about availability!).

  We're excited to get to know you! We enjoy having get togethers, campfires, music nights, and delicious feasts. Around the ranch are amazing spots for hiking, biking, yoga & meditation. Only an hour away is the city of Los Angeles which has incredible foods, sights, and of course the beach. We want people who can self reflect and self correct and don't need many rules. Only rule is that you can't make anyone else's life miserable!
