I am open for workaways from 24/25 May
I live in a beautiful part of Ireland, on the banks of the river Shannon, a few miles from Limerick City, but very rural in the middle of the country, I have a passion for rural life and the great outdoors. I grow fruit Raspberries.Blackberries,Blueberries,Strawberries which I need some help with, and some general maintenance around the property. I have been hosts for over 10 years and have hosted over 60 helpers from all over the world,i am looking for someone who is mature, fun, positive, organised and that little bit special so tell us why your the helper i need and what special qualities you can bring. Somebody who has initiative with a good work ethic
I are very open minded
Beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife to see or photograph. Good accommodation and meals in return for help.
Friendly welcome awaits and expect the same in return.
There are 4 of us in the family; myself and 3 adult children;
They are living away from home MOST of the time now,,,,,,,,,my 2 Sons are living and working in Asia& Australia they come back over SUMMER,,,,,,,sometimes
My Daughter is living and working approx 200km from home, she visits SOMETIMES on weekend's

The help varies from prepare & digging the garden,strimming, weeding, preparing fruit beds, harvesting fruit & vegs, turning compost,house maintenance, some painting in the house, cleaning in house.

As my first experince I enjoyed it a lot! The tasks were many and you had plenty of time to do them. He's a good chef and you can eat really wealthy things. Sure there high and lows, but in the end it was a good experience. I recommend Tim as a host if you want to work really close to nature.

Tim and his son were fabolous in all senses. The place where they live is great, with beautiful surroundings and a lovely veg garden. Working there is just great, and Tim is a very easygoing and openminded person with a lot of conversation. I enjoyed every time that I spent there and I hope to see him again...

It was my first workaway experience and I COULD not imagine something better!!! Tim and his childs are very open mind and intresting persons, I live a pefect Irish week with them!
