  Our dream is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, offering them a sanctuary to relax, unwind, and bask in the beauty of Albania's coastline. We've fashioned a cozy oasis with comfortable bungalows, a delightful restaurant serving delectable local cuisine, and direct access to a pristine beach. We've taken great care to ensure a serene and welcoming atmosphere, where guests can savor every moment of their vacation.
  
  Now, we're thrilled to embark on a new adventure by opening our doors to Workawayers. We firmly believe in the power of cultural exchange and the unique connections it forges with people from all corners of the globe. Volunteers play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, and we genuinely value their contributions.
  
  In addition to our passionate volunteer team, we're supported by a dedicated local staff. This includes a skilled maintenance assistant and a talented pizza chef who adds flavor to our kitchen. Their roles are pivotal in ensuring our resort runs seamlessly, providing guests with memorable moments.

  In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer comfortable accommodation within our resort premises. You'll have access to all the amenities and facilities that our guests enjoy, including the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. We're pleased to provide three delicious meals daily, allowing you to savor the enticing flavors of Albanian cuisine.

  We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our team and assist us in various areas of our resort operations. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and energy while immersing yourself in the vibrant hospitality industry.
  
  Specifically, we are looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:
  
  Hospitality: We need friendly and customer-oriented individuals to assist with various tasks related to guest services. This includes roles such as general hospitality support.
  
  Cleaning and maintenance: We are also in need of volunteers to help with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that our resort remains pristine and well-maintained. This includes housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Additionally, help with general maintenance tasks, groundskeeping, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for our guests.
  
  No previous professional experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are essential. We value teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests.
  
  In exchange for your valuable contributions, we provide comfortable accommodation within our resort premises. You will have access to all the necessary facilities and amenities, including shared living spaces and common areas.
