  Our projects from 4 May to 28 June 2026 on the Hüttenwerk project ( documentary theatre about steel industry, a tour with the Oceanblue Train):
  
  Our theatre company is preparing the season for the railway theater and several projects in different regions of Germany. Exciting immersive theater projects with our own Oceanblue Train are carried out along railway tracks throughout Germany. In early summer, a play about the steel industry will be staged on the grounds of a steelworks, which will then tour several freight stations in special railway carriages.
  
  The theater operates the world's only production facility for theater on rails. There are accommodations, a kitchen, offices, a workshop and the technical warehouse in eleven wagons. The team lives, travels and works on the train. There is a single cabin available for everyone. Full meals are served in the dining car.
  
  We are now still looking for a COOK / CHEF (f/m/d)
  
  We will need a COOK / CHEF from 4 May to 28 June 2026. A friendly, well organized and open-minded person who can cook for us in a professionally equiped kitchen (on rails). Knowledge of vegetarian kitchen is neccessary, as well as abilities to prepare meat and fish. Experience with cooking for a larger group of people (around 20 persons) and a driving licence would be an additive advantage. The job is paid on a fee basis against invoice, social security and taxation are the responsibility of the employees.

  It's a great opportunity to see the creation and live performances of a documentary play in different railway locations. Working with an international team of artists and others, living intercultural exchange. Traveling with the own train (for some projects) and staying at special places.
  
  Eine Chance, die Entstehung und Aufführungen eines dokumentarischen Theaterstücks an verschiedenen Eisenbahnstandorten zu sehen. Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team von Künstlern und anderen. Reisen mit dem eigenen Ozeanblauen Zug (für einige Projekte) und Übernachtung an besonderen Orten.

  Die vom Gastgeber angebotene Vergütung entspricht dem Mindestlohn

  Dieser Host bietet Unterkunft und Bezahlung.
