  We are looking for 2 kind of helpers (f/m/d) during our projects in different periods of time (see below!)
  
  Our theatre company is preparing the season for the railway theater and several projects in different regions of Germany. Exciting immersive theater projects with our own train are carried out along railway tracks throughout Germany.
  
  In early summer, a play about the steel industry will be staged on the grounds of a steelworks, which will then tour several freight stations in special railway carriages.
  
  The theater operates the world's only production facility for theater on rails. There are accommodations, a kitchen, offices, a workshop and the technical warehouse in eleven wagons. The team lives, travels and works on the train. There is a single cabin available for everyone. Full meals are served in the dining car.
  
  Our project will take place from 4 May to 28 June 2026 (documentary theatre about steel industry, a tour with the train)

  It's a great opportunity to see the creation and live performances of a documentary play in different railway locations. Working with an international team of artists and others, living intercultural exchange. Traveling with the own train (for some projects) and staying at special places.
  
  Eine Chance, die Entstehung und Aufführungen eines dokumentarischen Theaterstücks an verschiedenen Eisenbahnstandorten zu sehen. Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team von Künstlern und anderen. Reisen mit dem eigenen Ozeanblauen Zug (für einige Projekte) und Übernachtung an besonderen Orten.

  Die vom Gastgeber angebotene Vergütung entspricht dem Mindestlohn

  Dieser Host bietet Unterkunft und Bezahlung.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for 2 kind of helpers (f/m/d) during our projects in different periods of time:
  
  1) TECHNICIAN: from 09 June until 28 June 2026: a friendly, well organized and open-minded person who can work as a technician on tour with us. We have to build up chairs and material at the locations, build up theatre technique and keep the train organized. It is necessary to be flexible in thinking and find solutions together with us, A driving licence would be an additive advantage (not absolutely necessary). The job is paid on a fee basis against invoice, social security and taxation are the responsibility of the employees.
  
  2) HOUSEKEEPER: from 03 May until 28 June 2026: a friendly, well organized and open-minded person who can work as a housekeeper with us, to support everything that's necessary about life in the train with a team of 20 persons around. Cleaning as well as organizing and supporting the kitchen from time to time. The job is paid on a fee basis against invoice, social security and taxation are the responsibility of the employees.
