  Welcome to my home in beautiful Bavaria!
  
  My name is Constanze, I am 83 years old and I live in a beautiful, spacious house in Middle Franconia, Bavaria, in the heart of the lovely Franconian Lake District.
  
  I live here together with my daughter Friederike and our two little dogs, Kira and Krümel. There is plenty of space in and around the house, and I am very happy to welcome someone who would enjoy sharing our home and becoming part of our everyday life for a while.
  
  The Franconian Lake District is a wonderful place to explore, with beautiful lakes, nature, walking and cycling paths, charming villages and towns, and lots of opportunities to enjoy the Bavarian countryside.
  
  I would love to welcome someone who is open-minded, responsible and enjoys a peaceful family environment. And if you like dogs, Kira and Krümel will certainly be happy to meet you!
  
  I hope that your stay with us will feel less like a work exchange and more like living with a German family, experiencing everyday life in Bavaria and having a lovely time together.

  One of the nicest things about staying with me is the opportunity to experience Franconia and everyday life in this beautiful part of Bavaria.
  
  I live in the Franconian Lake District (Fränkisches Seenland), an area surrounded by beautiful lakes, forests, fields and small Franconian villages. There are many opportunities for swimming, cycling
  and exploring the countryside. The region is also known for its charming towns, traditional Franconian food and local culture.
  
  It is also a nice place to relax, time goes by slower.
  
  I am happy to share my local knowledge and give you tips about places worth visiting, local traditions, Franconian food and things to do in the area.
  
  The main idea is that you have a comfortable place to stay, some small tasks to help me with each day, and plenty of free time to enjoy and explore Franconia at your own pace.

  Arbeit

  I am still quite independent, but at my age I sometimes need a little help with things around the house and in everyday life. I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy and caring person who can help me for about 1–2 hours a day. The tasks are mainly small things around the house, some help in the garden or with everyday activities.
  
  In return, you will have free accommodation and meals in my home and plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful area around us.You’ll have have a room and a bathroom for yourself and you can also take an electric bike if you need. We also have two cars here which you could borrow if needed.

  Unterkunft

  You will have your own private bedroom in our beautiful, spacious old schoolhouse. The house has lots of space and a special charm, and you will have plenty of privacy during your stay.
  
  Your room has access to a separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom and is used regularly by us, so you should be comfortable with the fact that the bathroom may occasionally be used for doing laundry.
  
  You are also welcome to use the living room and kitchen and make yourself comfortable in the shared areas of the house.
  
  You will be provided with full board during your stay.
  
  For breakfast, there is usually bread with a selection of homemade jams and other toppings. Lunch is the main warm meal of the day, which I prepare fresh every day. In the evening, we usually have a traditional German/Franconian “Brotzeit” bread with various toppings and other simple foods. Sometimes my daughter Friederike also cooks in the evening.
  
  You are welcome to enjoy the meals with us, while also having your own space and plenty of free time to explore the area.
