  We run an small organic produce and flower farm on Salt Spring Island, BC. Our farm is a vibrant community with lots of activity, close to the village of Ganges and situated by beautiful Bullock Lake. We run a CSA program with farm pickups, a summer camp, and events. We have two children ages 4 and 7 who love creative play and being part of a wholesome, active organic farm.

  Our farm is a vibrant place, with multiple families on-site and lots of opportunity for social connection and learning. We are walking distance to our island's main town, and well connected to many island families and businesses. Our 24-acre farm is a beautiful place, with three acres of mixed gardens, including produce, berries, and flowers. We also run youth programs for teens and young kids.

  We are looking for childcare help for our two children ages 4 and 7, with some associated help around our house. Help preparing a meal now and then would be a huge bonus, but not necessary!

  Unterkunft

  We offer a small but picturesque cabin with a loft bed and views of Bullock Lake. The cabin is equipped with a small stove and fridge for simple meals (breakfast, lunch). Most dinners would be shared with our family or available to pick up in our kitchen.

  Salt Spring Island is a beautiful place, with three small villages, many beaches and hiking trails, and lots of travelers. There is bus service around the island, and our farm is only 2km from the nearest town. Our farm is beside Bullock Lake, and we have a dock that can be enjoyed during time off.
  
  Our farm is a busy place, with 12 people living on site and 3-4 farm staff. There are many opportunities to socialize, but plenty of space for quiet as well. We have an open, friendly, and inclusive community, and encourage anyone who lives on the farm to feel like part of the family.
