I live in a country house in the mountains. Lovely weather, beautiful surroundings and private space. The town is a 10 minute drive, the beach about half an hour.

Consider that you are remote. You'll need a car to do your own things. The town (supermarkets, banks, bars, bakery etc) is a 10 minute drive.
