… read more use in the winter. The Dunmore area is breathtaking and there is plenty of exploring to do. Maire knows a lot about the local history and she went above and beyond to show me around the area and to share her knowledge of the place, the road trips will be sorely missed! Before starting this experience I had already spent more than half a year in Ireland and during this time I became quite attached to the country, but my stay at Maire's exceeded this to the extent that Waterford feels like a second home to me now.. Aaron stayed for almost two weeks, which time was both enjoyable and productive.He tackled all tasks with goodwill and diligence, and completed to his own high standards.He was pleasant easy company,and I hope he will continue to practice his Gaeilge. I had a wonderful time with Maire. She is a generous, kind-hearted woman who was also very patient with me when we practiced Irish together. The location is beautiful and rural, which in turn makes WiFi limited and only available through Maire’s phone when used as a hotspot. Also if you are tall like me (196 cm), be prepared to bonk your head on a daily basis on low door frames.
