Help with some handyman jobs in Ghent, Belgium

  Hello, I am Bhakti.
  I live in a beautiful medieval city Ghent in Belgium. Since a few years I run a house for spiritual growth, where I give sessions to heal body and soul and give meditation groups and workshops.
  I live in a big house, and the sessions and workshops are in another smaller house that is connected with the first one through the garden (The Bodhitree)
  It is my wish that I can live with more people in the two houses, who are all connected with each other with the same direction: to grow in Love and Consciousness.
  To realize this, I have to rebuild the top flour to create a nice space to live in and a second kitchen and bathroom. And make a little studio on the ground floor of the little house. So people living here have there own space, and there is also a community space (living room, kitchen, garden)
  The building itself will be done by qualified skills men. But it would be a great help if I get support for preparing the top floor to rebuild it, and help during.
  For the moment, the breaking down is almost finished. But there is still a lot to do on different places in the house and in the garden.
  
  The building up of the house will be in may 2016. So it would be great to have a volunteer in april to help me to prepare. And in may to help the working men, and in june to help with me with finishing the work.
  You will stay in the room where the little studio will be made. There is already a toilet and lavabo, and you have direct entrance to the garden and to the street. The shower and kitchen is not yet there.
  There is a big living room and kitchen for everyone residing in the house. And the garden of course.
  
  Ghent is a nice medieval city where a lot of young people live. It is a green and creative city. You can go to the center on foot, by bicycle, tram or bus.
  From Ghent it is not far from Brussels, Brugge, Antwerpen.

  Arbeit

  For now, it would be great to have help to continu in preparing the house for the rebuilding. The main part is already done. Some small stuff is still waiting.
  When this is done, I need to clean up more spaces that will be shared with the residents that will come to live here. Like basement, garden shack, storage place.
  When this is done, the garden also needs some care.
  When the building will start, it would be good that a volunteer can help the professional builders with small things.This will be in the month of may.
  In june I hope we can start painting.
  So it will be a bit of everything. If you like to cook, also this can be done.
  I have preference to work three days. Then you are four days free to move around and visit nice places or friends.

  You will have a separate room on the ground floor of The small house. You have a private entrance to the street and to the garden.For the moment there is a toilet and a lavabo. Building a little kitchen and shower is one of the jobs that still needs to be done. Skilled people will do the mean work of this.

  The house is not far from the city center. You can go there by bus/tram/by foot/bicycle.
  It is a medieval city with a beautiful center. With lots of touristic locations.
  There is a university, a lot of students are in the city. So a lot of cultural manifestations are going on.
  Ghent is known for its vivant, creative atmosphere. Movies, theater, nice projects ….
  
  And by train you are not far from Antwerp/Brussels/ Brugge/Oostende
