Im Piska, I'm from Chile and I am 36 years old. I traveled around the world and I came back 3 years ago. I've been living in Pichilemu for 3 years. Life gave me the chance to buy a piece of land with the most beautiful people I could ever meet and now the adventure begins. We are 3 friends hosting this land and project (Piska, Lolo and Clau)
Claudia has already begun her house building project, with the most sustainable way we can, with mud from the land and lots of good energy and things to teach.
We are 3 friends, 1 kid, 3 dogs and 1 cat who bought 1 land and we are family.
There are 3 more lands next to ours that we are planing and creating this place a home.

This is a project where we will learn a lot. We are going to make lots of mud, understanding the concepts of building naturally, doing bottle work, creating spaces for veggie gardens, permaculture workshops, enjoy nature, and spend quality time together. We are a family so that's the vibe we offer. We love to play music around the fire.
You can practice your Spanish, you will meet a lot of awesome people. In your free time, you can go surfing (15 kms from the land). And we are 1km from the river, nice for a walk, and great for swimming. It’s a mix of salty and sweet water so attracts lots of diferente birds, great for contemplating and bird watching.

Arbeit
We need people who want to put their hands and feet in the mud! Who wants to learn about permaculture, a different way of living.
We all can be teachers in one area and apprentices in another, so that's the idea! that we can all be a contribution in the way that is easy for you.
There is always other small proyects going on at Piska's place house so there is need volunteers. (10 Kms from the land in Cahuil little town).
Also we might start in the summer building what will be an art space in the land. So yes always many ideas and proyects.

Unterkunft
We have different options...
Piska`s house that is 10 kms from the land, the yard has lots of space to put your own tent, motorhome, etc. For this ideally to have your own car.
A 4mt diameter bell tent that can fit around 6 people in sleeping bags. Lot's of space to put your own tent, motorhome, etc.
Do you have sleeping bags? That's important.
There is a roots style (drytoilet) toilet and hot shower. There is usually sun in the days and gets colder at nights. So ideally you come prepare as well with working clothes, working gloves, suncream, hat, lintern and moskito repellent (there are not much but better you have)
Will be include Buffet Breakfast selfservice and delicious Vegetarian Lunch. Dinner will be shared by all of us, so you are welcome to bring food to share and preparing hands aswell. Wine is always welcome! There are no shops close by, so come with all your treats for your own comfort. We have a cob oven we can always start the fire in, and is great for making lots of yummy bread, pizzas, and roasted veggies. So you can be creative, aswell as fire for cooking.

There is plenty of things that you can do in your free time... going surfing, swiming, hiking, do yoga, hang out in the hammock, just chilling out, is very silent place to just enjoy quiet time. There is no public transport to the land. We can always arrange taking you to Cahuil the most closest little cute town and from there you have taxi, restaurants, cafe places and little shops to get your groceries. Hitch hacking is also a good possibility and work pretty good.

Pisca is a very lovely and Open person who showed us nice places around the town and also give us a lot of space and privacy wich was a good Balance.
