We are an artist residency .

we host residents from various backgrounds: artists, musicians, dancers, philosophers, writers, anthropologists, scientists, and more.
Our place supports arts, as well as the traditions of Tusheti , the cultures and serves as an knowledge exchange that allows creatives from around the world to collaborate and create.
Omalo village; We host up to 40 people and we're looking for volunteers who will help with housekeeping and the kitchen. Ideally, people coming to stay at the residency can appreciate the culture and the community that we have created.
Our core team consists of the founders of the organisation, residency organisers and workshop leaders (who design and teach workshops such as ceramics, photography, music, and rug weaving), plus additional locally employed staff who help us run the place.
In total, we employ around 10 local staff, which includes:
- Residency organisers, curators, and communications and events management (2 / 3 people). This team is responsible for artist selection, programme scheduling, and for organising exhibitions and workshops.

The travellers will get to experience one of the most historical places in Georgia located along the Caucasus mountain range. Tusheti is a protected area with incredible landscapes.
During their free time, our volunteers can attend our workshops, hike or visit some of the most remote villages.
Our annual workshops include:
- Ceramics workshop
- Experimental Music workshop
- Black&White photography workshop
- Traditional Rug Weaving workshop
They will be introduced to artists from around the world and will be able to attend talks and performances usually held by our residents. The workawayers will also have the opportunity to showcase their own art or do a performance and collaborate with other artists. This is a great opportunity for artists who want to be part of the residency, which sometimes can be too costly otherwise.
We offer accommodation and three meals a day and access to resources onsite.
We host up to 40 resident artists every month starting in June and this we are looking for volunteers who will help with housekeeping. Ideally, people coming to stay at the residency can appreciate the culture, arts, and the community that we have created.
Those who choose to volunteer at space will help us with the general maintenance of the residency such as housekeeping.

Capsule dormitories with shared bathroom and toilet
Capsules are room-like beds (pods) with lighting inside and a curtain providing maximum privacy in the shared room. rooms are shared between up to 8 people.
The residency offers three meals a day at set times:
- Breakfast is served from 8 to 11am
- Lunch is served at 2pm
- Dinner is served at 7pm
The menus is diverse and also suitable for vegetarians.
Our team can help with organising the transport . Visitors arriving in Tbilisi will have to travel first to Kakheti (Kvemo Alvani) and then will have to change to travel to Omalo.
