  Country side with beautiful sites, wine tasting, thermal baths, open air activities, cultural visits, the house is in a secluded place surrounded by olive trees and a nice garden. It allows to relax and enjoy walks, excursions, food and wine tasting and much more.
  
  I am not a BUSINESS. I am a private person who owns a small apartment that I have refreshed for my children who love the place. am freelance worker, I love my country Italy for its beauty and richness and I am happy to share it with workayers who are interested in traveling and getting to know new places. I am married and our 4 children are all working and living out of Italy.

  The workawayer will have the opportunity of enjoying a great cultural experience since my house is surrounded by Etruscan tombs, a very rich civilization (prior to the Romans) and there an abundance of sites to be visited. I can drive them to a beautiful museum, a tomb with frescos. It is also a very rich area in terms of nature with beautiful lakes, hills and a mountain where one can hike, or bike. Wine and olive tasting is a wonderful being the land of international top wines (Brunello, Rosso di Montepulciano). They can enjoy relaxing in one of the many thermal baths &spas (chianciano, bagno vignoni, san casciano ...) all nearby, some open air (bagni San Filippo). There are sites to be visited such as Arezzo, Siena, Orvieto, and Rome is under 2 hours train and Florence one hour train. The choice is really abundant and it can fit any request.

  Arbeit

  Gardening, pruning olive trees in March and collecting olives (november), painting outside since I regularly try to keep wooden and metal railings and/or doors in order. At times some small repair.
  
  I am not a business but just a private host. I need help in making a small apartment in a beautiful historical town in Latium with a world heritage Park, cozy for my children. Workawayers could explore the incredibly interesting surroundings, enjoy the local people, good food and local produce and wine.
  The help I would need is limited to painting the doors and windows of the apartment which is small but in a beautiful place, help to put up lamps and shelves. No heavy duty jobs.
  The help I need is only in a private apartment and no other use. I do not rent it, we use it with my children .
  I do not have any other major work to do. It is perfectly feasible by a nice and willing handyperson interested in discovering this beautiful part of Italy.

  I offer nice apartment with everything one needs, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room
  
  I can provide the 3 meals and I also have a very good house help who is an excellent cook, who can prepare food for us when busy working. If they have specific requests, I can certianly reimburse the ingredients they would like to buy if they enjoy cooking some special food.
