My name is Juan, i run a restaurant and cultural center in Patagonia in a really quiet environment, no gas, no electricity, no pavement. I love cooking, growing my vegetables, traveling, sports in contact with nature, reading, writing, movies, photography and arts in general.

Depending the time of the year the type of work. During spring i need help geting everything ready for summertime that is when i got a lot of work. Painting, redecorate, gardening, and this year i´m planning to make and outside kitchen built with natural construction techniques.

I would like to chat by skype with the interested people before confirming the place. It´s a special quiet place but not for everyone. I{m really used to this type of exchange, i traveled for 4 years using couchsurfing and hosted many couchsurfers.

negative: a Festival to prepare meant to work for 10-12 hours every day of the week. No real free time or suggestions to explore the nature around the house.
