  About the Space & Us
  
  We are a multi-cultural family living in New Zealand. We live between our two properties in Auckland and Rotorua
  Welcome to our peaceful home in Ngongotahā, Rotorua. If you’re looking for a grounded, tranquil base surrounded by nature where you can focus your creative skills and explore the outdoor beauty of New Zealand, this is the place.
  I run an empowerment coaching and personal development brand, creating content around wellness, mindset, and living intentionally. You’ll be staying at our quiet property where my brother lives in a dwelling at the back, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves mountain biking, hiking, and fishing, and knows the best local spots. I spend time between locations and stay at the property occasionally, so for much of the time, you will have the main house to yourself with my brother nearby.
  
  The Help Needed
  👉We are looking for someone with practical marketing experience who can commit to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week to help bring ideas to life across digital platforms:
  👉Video Editing: Cutting raw video into engaging short-form reels/content and longer video pieces.
  👉Social Media Management: Scheduling, captions, organizing asset libraries, and helping optimize engagement.
  👉 Website Updates: General site maintenance, page updates, and digital workflow tweaks.
  Marketing Strategy & Support: Brainstorming campaigns, launches, and content ideas.
  
  Couples / Pairs:
  We warmly consider couples. If you are applying as a pair, we ask that one person handles the digital marketing/media tasks while the other assists with garden maintenance, yard landscaping, and general handyman or building projects around the property.
  
  Accommodation & What’s Provided:
  Comfortable, covered accommodation in the main home.
  Fully equipped kitchen and living spaces.
  A road bike is available on-site for cruising around town, commuting, and exploring.
  10-minute walk to the local supermarket, cafes, and shops in Ngongotahā village.

  👉Rotorua and Ngongotahā town.
  👉 Adventure on Your Doorstep: Rotorua is world-famous for the Whakarewarewa Redwoods (world-class mountain biking and trail running), natural geothermal springs, hiking tracks, and trout fishing.
  👉 Relaxed Pace: Perfect for someone who appreciates peace, lakeside walks, and outdoor recreation when not working.

  I'm from Laos, my husband Bill is from Tuvalu and we have lived in New Zealand since we were very little. We have a friendly Kiwi Culture and also have our own cultures that we value. My brother Top will be the host, and he can provide food for you to cook. We are happy to share both NZ, and our own cultures with others.

  Unterkunft

  In Rotorua, we have a small 2 bedroom family home. We will be there in 1 room, and if the spare room is free, you will have a double bed in your own room

  Was noch ...

  Rotorua is a huge tourist attraction of NZ full of many adventures and activities to do. We live 10 minutes by car to the town center. We can take you in to town for grocery shopping etc when we do ours..., otherwise there is a local four square supermarket 10 minutes walk.
  Ngongotaha town center is a 10 minute walk from our property where you can also catch the bus to the city center. Rotorua has thermal hot pools, skylines, Redwood forest, beautiful lakes and we have many attractions within walking distance from our property like the Lion sanctuary, Velocity, Agrodome and a Bird Sanctuary all on our street.
  If we have spare time, we will take you to the great local spots of Rotorua.
  You are free to explore Rotorua as you like after your 5 hours is done.
