We are a budding intentional eco-project currently involved in setting up a healing/permaculture project on our land--an idyllic river valley in the hills behind Tavira in sunny Algarve.

many plans are brewing for artistic projects & installations reflecting the harmony of the surrounding nature... building eco structures from cane and cob, tents & tipis, stone paths & mosaic tile designs, etc . . . the land is a blank canvas here where artists can really express themselves !
it is much appreciated that helpers are able to work efficiently and independently without constant supervision and that everyone cleans up after themselves to leave no footprint indoors and/or outdoors.

Unterkunft
at the moment there is limited indoor sleeping space--one private room with double bed plus one community room with one dubble loft & 2 single beds. also feel free to bring your tents...or build your OWN private house from materials found in the woods , stretch the limits of your creativity !
please note that this ancient stone house is quite "rustique" and we are in the middle of a huge eco-renovation, thus lacking in many "modern" comforts like instant hot showers, etc... we also love to spend most of our time outdoors around the patio and hanging out in nature at our riverside beach .

every new volunteer is invited to spend one week at the quinta. within that week there is also plenty of free time for fantastic hiking opportunities in the hills & magical natural river swimming & sunbathing on premises from october till july .
internet connection is extremely limited up here in the hills and there is also NO mobile or smart/ phone connection. my personal laptop is available for you 15 minutes every day for checking your mail or planning your next destination.
please note that there is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property or in the vicinity & we do not drink alcohol or eat animals, so we also appreciate that you do not bring meat and/or alcohol along-- even for your own consumption. when you request to stay here at the quinta, please MENTION that you are in agreement so that i know you have read them & are informed, thanks :)
it's requested that you please google "permaculture" to get an idea of our project to make sure you can resonate with the ideals of ecology, peace & spiritual evolution we strive to uphold and develope here.

The quinta teleports you to another dimension, the energy there is amazing and the river is just magical. Victoria is a wonderful person, able to teach you a lot and she cooks amazing soups :D.
