Beschreibung
We are a small, private, alternative school option for children in our area. We run a theme-based, holistic and needs based program. We use English as our main medium of instruction. Our children currently range from 3 to 18 years old.
We are situated on an Eco-farm in Bang Phra, Chonburi, Thailand.

We are looking for people who are flexible and can take objectives and create a fun and interesting lesson for small groups of children at the eco-farm Learning Center as well as supervise and support the program that is already running.

The Eco-farm is able to provide a multi-cultural environment with rustic shared accommodation and shared bathroom facilities. The farm is in a small town with a night market and a quiet atmosphere.

We have a cook who provides the food (meat and vegetarian options only) for the community. If you require further food you can purchased it at the local market which is within walking distance.
We can provide computers with internet after 4pm and a wifi that can be a bit inconsistent.
To get the full benefit of your time with us we ask that you stay a minimum of two weeks.
We provide a full community experience and ask volunteers to participate fully in the community on working days, Monday to Friday and understand the community aspect on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Madalena was a great help and was involved within hours of arriving on the farm. She had a fun and easy going personality and performed very well as 'Mary' in our Christmas play. I really enjoyed volunteering at the school. It is set in a fabulous location, right outside the train station and not far from the local daily market (3pm-8pm). I loved being among the farm and seeing all of the fruits growing on the trees.

Maxime and Justine were a great help to our children and school. They were a quiet unassuming couple who were co-operative, flexible, kind and happy to help out with anything. They were very independent and did not require extra help with personal needs, they fitted in well to our environment and made my job a lot easier. Thanks

Vom Host für Workawayer (Mariusz)
Mariusz was a hard worker and was happy to spend extra hours working with the children. He made the children think and explore their critical thinking skills. He was able to help out with any work the children needed him to help with. The children are now commenting that they miss him, now he has gone!
