  We are just a small language house, based in Yaring, Pattani, in Southern Thailand. We teach English to children, teenagers and adults in a friendly way. We want to find someone who can help our students feel confident when they speak English. Mostly our students are kids, so their English is not good. What's important is patient and likes children. That's it.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  - We will introduce volunteers about our local Malay culture, language, food and our everyday life in Pattani.
  - You can share your own language, culture, food, traditions, music, stories and experiences with our students and local teachers.
  - We can organise activities such as cooking together, language exchange, cultural presentations, traditional games, local food experiences and visits interesting places around Pattani.
  - The volunteers will have experience in education and teaching skill.

  We are looking for volunteers who can help us with language teaching and cultural exchange.
  
  These are things you will do:
  - English conversation and speaking practise
  - English games, activities and storytelling
  - Pronunciation and vocabulary practice
  - Helping students feel more confident speaking English
  - Supporting our teachers during classes
  - Preparing simple and fun learning activities
  - Organising language games and creative activities
  - Share your language, culture, traditions and experiences
  - Take part in all activities such as cooking, art, sports or cultural exchange

  One of the important part is language exchange. We teach English, Malay, Arabic and also Chinese. we really love our volunteers to practise languages with our students and teachers while sharing your own language with us. We think our goal is very simple, help our students feel confident when they speak English.

  Unterkunft

  You will stay in a simple but comfortable home in Yaring, Pattani. You will have your own private sleeping space and also access to the shared facilities of the house. The accommodation is simple and not luxurious.
  
  The house also has basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, one bathroom, one kitchen and common living areas. You as a volunteer are welcome to use the shared spaces and we encourage all of you to keep the house clean and tidy. Just don't mess the house.
  
  As this is just a local home and not a hotel, we hope volunteers will be comfortable with a simple lifestyle and respect to our routines and local customs.
  
  Our house is located in the local community, so volunteers will have the opportunity to experience life in Yaring. Not just the classroom.
  
  We will provide them our local food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If they have any allergies, they can cook their own foods at our home. We will provide them cooking ingredients for that.

  Our house is near to sea, so you can swim and enjoy the beauty of the beach here. There are forests and monkeys here too. You can observe the lives of the monkeys. The food here is also unlike typical Thai cuisine because we are Malay. Therefore, our food is different. You can take a boat ride to enjoy the beauty of the mangrove trees and the ecosystem here. We are also located in a historic area. There are many historical sites you can visit while you are here.We are also located in a historic area.   Digital nomads are welcome at our house. Just arrange your personal working hours around the activities schedule. We have Wi-Fi available. You can work on your own projects during your free time. We are happy to discuss a schedule that works well :-)
