Hello, dear workawayer! We are a family with 2 sons (8 and 12 years old) in centre of Ravenna, a small town in the north east of Italy.
My name is Deborah, I'm an Italian teacher and I work in the morning, and sometimes in the afternoon too.
Ravenna in a small city very close to the seaside, located between Rimini and Bologna. A great place for young people. We are friendly and welcoming. We love animals and nature.

Ravenna is a very nice city, famous in the world for the mosaics.
In 1 hour by train you can visit Bologna or Ferrara. In 2 hours you get to Venezia/Venice, in 3 hours arrive to Milano, in 5 hours to Roma, in 7 to Napoli...and more...
You can also have fun and relax in our sea (7 km)
We'd like to advice and help you to discover and visit these and others places.

Unterkunft
Our apartment is 120 square meters large, You can use a private room located; there are two shared bathrooms.
You can use our unlimited fiber wi-fi connection available in the house.
Our family follow a very simple mediterranean diet, based on pasta, fish, little meat and vegetables. We appreciate vegetarian and vegan food.
We lunch around 1 pm, when we finish work and school and we have dinner around 7 pm.

We are a peaceful family, we work and study in winter, so we usually go to bed at 10 pm.
Our house is next the train station, a few steps from the bus and courier station, supermarket and every kind of store, a ten minute walk to the center.
In Ravenna, bicycles are used a lot, and you can use the bicycles of home, too.
Ravenna is quiet but full of coffee bars, pubs and disco. Near my house there is a large and beautiful park to relax, walk or jog.
