  We are offering our home to people who would like to spend some time in a true little paradise!
  
  The house is located on São Jorge, one of the nine islands of the Azores (Portugal), near the village of Manadas and just a few minutes from Fajã dos Almas.
  The Azores are timeless islands where peace, unspoiled nature, and breathtaking landscapes surround you every day.
  
  The house is spread over two levels.
  It features a spacious bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, a beautiful open-plan living area with a kitchen, lounge, and dining room, all filled with natural light thanks to large picture windows offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
  A wonderful terrace provides the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets or share a barbecue with family and friends.
  You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, as well as a second shower room.
  A renovation project for the traditional barn is currently underway, with the aim of creating additional guest rooms.
  
  The property extends over 7,500 square metres of land stretching down to the sea cliffs.
  The garden is filled with fruit trees, including passion fruit, banana, avocado, and mango trees.
  
  We are looking for people who share a lifestyle close to nature and who appreciate peace, simplicity, and the outdoors.
  This place is ideal for anyone dreaming of growing their own vegetable garden or even developing a small permaculture project.
  
  The house will be available from spring 2027 (with some flexibility regarding the starting date).

  A perfect place for nature lovers, offering endless opportunities for diving, boating, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. São Jorge is also an excellent base from which to discover the other Azorean islands, with regular ferry connections and flights. If you enjoy a more self-sufficient lifestyle, you'll also have the opportunity to grow your own vegetable garden.
