  I live alone in Guaymallén in a humble neighborhood, my house is made of adobe and is in the process of being restored, so there are several things to do ...   Mi nombre es Luis estudio la Licenciatura en Turismo y trabajo en un hotel de 5 estrellas, además soy viajante del mundo también, he viajado en moto hasta Ushuaia, en kombi por Argentina, Chile, Uruguay y Brasil... y planeo viajar por toda América después de recibirme...
  Vivo solo en Guaymallén en un barrio humilde, mi casa es de adobe y esta en proceso de restauración por lo que hay varias cosas que hacer... me gusta el encuentro entre varios viajeros donde el intercambio cultural es aun más enriquecedor... me interesa mucho practicar inglés y portugués...

  Personalmente he sido viajero, se que lo que mas nos apasiona es el intercambio cultural mas allá de cualquier paisaje... la gente es lo que más nos motiva a viajar... por eso me gustaría tener en casa varios viajeros para que todos podamos contar nuestras historias de viajes y aprender unos a otros de las diversas culturas...
  
  Me gustaría que mi hogar sea un lugar de encuentro para los viajeros que estén de paso por esta hermosa tierra mendocina.
  Si coincidimos varios viajeros podemos organizar algunas salidas en mi kombi o quizás algún paseo por la ciudad y contarles un poco de su historia.
  
  Me encantaría aprender de tu cultura, que me enseñes lo que mas te apasiona de tu país... mirar fotografías juntos, películas, compartir música de nuestros países, leer algún libro, compartir historias, y cocinar los platos típicos de nuestras regiones... Prefiero conocer la cultura de un país por su gente...

  En casa hay muchas cosas que hacer, obviamente no espero que realicen todo lo que voy a detallar, solo se pide unas 15 horas semanales distribuidas como ustedes quieran, igualmente detallo para que tengan una idea más clara y ustedes mismo se puedan ofrecer en que ayudarme, Jamas obligaría a alguien a realizar una tarea que no este a gusto:
  ° Un poco de permacultura, tengo una pared de adobe que necesita algunas reparaciones y revoque con algunos detalles estéticos como dibujos con relieves y demás ideas locas.
  ° Ayudarme con la nueva huerta
  ° Pintar techos y paredes.
  ° Ordenar el patio, tengo muchas cosas que hay seleccionar y tirar lo que no sirve.
  ° Nivelar el piso del patio para luego plantar un jardín con mucho césped, algunos arboles y plantas... y una pequeña huerta.
  
  ° Deberán cocinarse, lavar su ropa y limpiar, obviamente cuidar de mis mascotas...
  
  Toda ayuda es bienvenida por mas mínima que sea...

  As you already know, the house is in process of being restored, the bathroom is ready, there is also a laundry area that you can use to wash your clothes and shoes, There are also several sectors where you can sit quietly to read a book from my personal small library, about 10 blocks you can go for a walk in the evenings down the avenue, it is a green space where many local people go for a family walk, take mates or go to do exercises, there is a room ready where they can stay, has beds and I provide the blankets that are necessary so that you don´t get cold.
  About 10 blocks away is one of the largest vegetable fairs in the country, where vegetables and fruits are distributed throughout the province and you can buy very cheap vegetables, some travelers even get free vegetables that It is no longer for sale.
  You should consider that this is not a hotel, so they should be self-sustainable and cook, wash dishes, wash their clothes, take care of the order and general cleanliness of the home.
  Above all said, I consider that your priority is to know the destination you are visiting and I would like you to make the most of your stay here, and not that your memories of Mendoza remain in the tasks you do at home ... it's the first time I am working with workaway, I have a lot of experience in CS but I know that this is different ...
  
  Como puedo recibir hasta 8 voluntarios a la vez me es imposible DAR NINGUNA COMIDA NI ELEMENTOS DE LIMPIEZA E HIGIENE POR ESO MISMO DISMINUYO LAS HORAS DE VOLUNTARIADO A SOLO 15 POR SEMANA. Se agradece su entendimiento y colaboración.
  
  Como ya saben la casa esta en proceso de restauración, el baño ya esta listo, esta nuevo a estrenar, funciona perfectamente la ducha con agua caliente y fría, también hay un sector de lavandería que puede utilizar para lavar su ropa y calzados, También hay varios sectores donde podrán sentarse tranquilos a leer algún libro de mi pequeña biblioteca personal, a unas 10 cuadras pueden ir a pasear en las tardes por la avenida, es un espacio verde donde muchas personas locales van a pasear en familia, toman mates o van a hacer ejercicios, hay una habitación lista donde podrán alojarse, cuenta con camas cuchetas y les proveo las frazadas que sean necesarias para que no pasen frío.
  A unas 10 cuadras se encuentra una de las ferias de verduras mas grande del país, donde se distribuye verduras y frutas a toda la provincia y pueden comprar vegetales muy baratos, algunos viajeros hasta consiguen verduras gratis que ya no esta a la venta.
  Deben considerar que esto no es un hotel por lo que deberán ser autosustentables y cocinarse, lavar los platos, lavar su ropa, cuidar el orden y la limpieza general del hogar.
  Por encima de todo lo dicho, considero que su prioridad es conocer el destino que están visitando y me gustaría que aprovechen al máximo su estadía aquí, y no que sus recuerdos de Mendoza se quede en las tareas que realicen en la casa... tengo mucha experiencia en CS pero se que esto es distinto... cumplir con ciertas tareas y que cuiden la casa para mi es suficiente, si tienen la oportunidad de ir todo el día a la montaña o ir un fin de semana a San Rafael o Malargüe y volver si quieren, pueden hacerlo tranquilamente,... ustedes tienen un objetivo en su viaje y esa es su prioridad, lo que hagan en casa se considera como una devolución a la ayuda mutua que se brinda... en este aspecto soy muy flexible...
