Welcome!
We are looking for volunteers who are deeply motivated and prepared to invest their energy in both hands-on tasks and active participation within our community. A basic knowledge of English and organizational abilities are needed. If you also speak Portuguese that's even better!
If you’re aged 18 to 30 and from Europe, you can join us through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program.
The minimum stay is 3 months, ideally 6 months. Of course we can have a talk beforehand to make sure we are on the same page!

About us:
We aim to support the development of human potential by dance, arts, meditation, being in nature, sharings, classes and workshops. We try to integrate our learning about ourselves into our daily lives. We value communal living, share meals, conversations, art, knowledge, and life.
Our space is used by groups and individuals for various retreats, classes and weekly events for example:
Dance (Contact Improvisation, contemporary dance, Gaga), ecstatic dance, somatic practices, sound healing, meditation, heart sharing, theatre improvisation, clowning, drumming, singing circles...
We are located in the Natural Park of Arrábida, surrounded by hills in a beautiful landscape. The tranquillity and energy brings a sense of peace that allows rest and regeneration. Forest and mountain walks can start right from the house.
Stunning beaches are a 15-minute drive away. Rock climbing possibilities nearby.
The towns of Palmela and Setúbal are nearby, and from Lisbon it is possible to get here in 45 min by public transport.
Our communal kitchen is vegan/vegetarian and mostly gluten-free. Our vegetables and fruits come mostly from a close by farm which grows organic, and some from our garden!
We are a drug-free zone (this includes alcohol and weed).
As a volunteer, you can use the dance studio whenever there is no event happening or core members need it. You can take part in all the events and classes happening here. Most of the time for a reduced price, depending on what the organizers decide.

We are located in the valley of Natural Park of Arrábida, surrounded by hills and beautiful woods. The tranquility and energy of the surroundings brings a sense of peace that allows rest and regeneration.
The towns Palmela and Setubal are nearby, and from Lisbon it is possible to get here in 45 min with public transportation.
You can enjoy nature walks, visiting neighboring towns or Lisbon, beautiful beaches nearby, cultural activities.
Sometimes we enjoy doing things together. Dancing, meditation, forest walks, workshops, beach time, etc.
