🌿 We are a family-run hotel located in the heart of the Ecuadorian Andes, in the Ambato region, dedicated to providing well-being and authentic experiences to our guests. We offer a heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, weekend and sports courts, and our own museum of historical artifacts, all surrounded by nature and tranquility. Our organization is based on respect, coexistence, and cultural exchange; we seek to share our land, our culture, and our hospitality with people from all over the world, building together a space for learning and human connection. 🇪🇨✨ We have a team of 4 full-time staff and volunteers.
🌿 Somos un hotel familiar ubicado en el corazón de los Andes ecuatorianos, en la zona de Ambato , dedicado a brindar bienestar y experiencias auténticas a nuestros huéspedes. Contamos con piscina temperada, sauna, turco, hidromasaje, fines de semana y canchas deportivas, un museo propio de piezas históricas , todo rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Nuestra organización se basa en el respeto, la convivencia y el intercambio cultural; buscamos compartir nuestra tierra, nuestra cultura y nuestra hospitalidad con personas de todo el mundo, construyendo juntos un espacio de aprendizaje y conexión humana. 🇪🇨✨

🤝 We're looking for light and rewarding help, 3 to 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with plenty of free time for you. We'd love support with: gardening and maintaining our green spaces; English lessons and conversation with us and any guests who are interested; and help with digital marketing and social media to promote our hotel and its projects. We also need help with tidying and cleaning rooms and common areas. Above all, we value a positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to share—any other skills you'd like to contribute are welcome. ✨
🤝 Buscamos ayuda ligera y gratificante, de 3 a 4 horas diarias, 5 días a la semana, con mucho tiempo libre para ti. Nos gustaría contar con apoyo en: jardinería y cuidado de nuestros espacios verdes ,clases de inglés y conversación con nosotros y los huéspedes que lo deseen; y ayuda con marketing digital y redes sociales para dar a conocer nuestro hotel y sus proyectos. Y areglo y aseo de.habitacuones y areas sociales .Valoramos más que nada la buena actitud, la creatividad y las ganas de compartir — cualquier otra habilidad que quieras aportar será bienvenida. ✨ -

No son clases formales ni obligatorias, sino un intercambio espontáneo, conversaciones cotidianas y el gusto de ayudarnos mutuamente a crecer. 🛏️ Accommodation and facilities — We offer a private room with its own bathroom, in a peaceful and natural setting. You'll have access to our facilities: outdoor pool, sports courts, and hammock area all week long. In addition, for your well-being, you can enjoy the heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and hot tub on weekends. Everything is designed so you can combine relaxation, nature, and wellness during your stay with us. 💆♂️🏊⚽
Our volunteers and staff always share meals in our dining hall; in exchange for 25 hours of work per week, they receive two days off and a tour of the hotel facilities.
🛏️ Alojamiento e instalaciones — Te ofrecemos una habitación privada con baño propio, en un entorno tranquilo y natural. Tendrás acceso a nuestras instalaciones: piscina externa, canchas deportivas y zona de hamacas toda la semana. Además, para tu bienestar, podrás disfrutar de la piscina temperada, sauna, turco e hidromasaje los fines de semana. Todo pensado para que combines descanso, naturaleza y bienestar durante tu estadía con nosotros. 💆♂️🏊⚽
Nuestros voluntarios y personal de planta siempre compartimos la comida común en nuestro comedor y a cambio de 25 horas semanales de su colaboración con 2 dias libres a la semana y recorrido del sector por parte del hotel -

Con fácil acceso a transporte público y cercano a atractivos turísticos como el Parque Nacional Sangay, lagunas y comunidades indígenas. Un lugar tranquilo, seguro y lleno de naturaleza. 🌄
